Data never starts flowing

Not working in Austria, not working in Singapore, not working in Vietnam.
The esim connects to a network, but despite activating data roaming, data never flows. My first failed esim, very bad company.

Great support

The app and the eSIM itself are working great, its my preferred eSim while traveling. Whenever I have a question or a problem the support team always assist very quickly.

I have used Voye for a while and they are a good company.

I have used Voye for a while and had not problems. For some reason there was an issue this time, their techs worked for a long time and were able to correct the problem. I appreciate the fact that they didn't give up. Thank you.

quick response in case of problems

I had some difficulties installing the esim on my phone. I contacted Voye and they responded within 5 minutes and resolved the problem. Esim is working in Bonaire with the Digicel and Chipie networks.

I need to amend my previous positive…

I need to amend my previous positive review. The TEST esim that I had in my home market worked fine. Now that I am out of the country and trying to use the actual esim, it doesn't work!! I have been. trying to troubleshoot and rebooted several times, and also working with Tech Support. Nothing is working! I am connected to Claro/Voya in Honduras but no data connection and "No network" message keeps coming up. Super frustrating. I regret this purchase and if it isn't working soon want my money back.
