Ben was truly AMAZING :) He managed to organise a Visa in just 3 days. I then realised I had it assigned to an incorrect passport number which was over a bank holiday weekend and due to travel on the Sunday night. He fixed it for me in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend visasforaustralia.co.uk We appointed them in October 2022 to apply for a 12 months visa for my wife to visit Australia in a month’s time. The estimated minimum and maximum processing times being quoted online for that type of visa ran into several weeks or months. Coupled with wife’s age (over 70) we thought our chances were slim. We were assigned a representative (Ben) throughout application process The service we received from him from was first class. Queries were answered promptly and efficiently by telephone or email and help given where needed. In the event the visa was granted in less than 2 weeks from application. Superb service on all levels.

Ben at VisasforAustralia helped me for the second time in 4 years, just recently. It was 10 o’clock at night, when I emailed him, having just been made aware of an impending deadline on my flight bookings. He remembered me, from last time and rang me straight back on my landline. I engaged Ben at Visas for Australia to attend to a long stay visa for Australia which is more complex than the standard short term tourist visa.

From the beginning Ben was very responsive in his communication including responding to emails I sent him on a Saturday afternoon.

Ben took care of everything including arranging the medical examination I required. Ben was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining very well what documents he required from me.

My visa was granted. I can confidently recommend any tourist to Australia to use Ben and his company.

I ask whether this company is a scam?. I submitted an Australia Visa subclass 600 via them on 21 October 2021. Accepting that there have been Covid restrictions, I have been using the Australian Home Affairs website to check the status of my application. All attempts using the TRN or The Application ID show a "not found" reply. I have telephoned Visas For Australia a number of times but have been given no assistance in trying to confirm the status of my Visa application. They have however told me NOT to submit another application as that might "mess things up". I have lost confidence in the company and ask whether anyone else has the same experience as myself.
