Hi All it was a great experience with a Visas Avenue Team . They all are very helpful and supportive.
My case manager has guided me Very well and Filed my application on time and because of that I got my PR in few months.

I have been registered to Delhi office and in US, trying for Canada.

The response from them after sales cycle is BAD. During sales cycle they informed me to that they will adjust the timezone but i have been asked to join at 2:30 am est. They have not created any profile on any Canada province (please ask them to show you the proof IF you still decided to go with them). Their staff conversation is very arrogant and no one knows proper English. It's been 5 years with them and we just spoke 4-5 times and now after frustration I have closed my case. Even then no questions asked and they are Happy to let me go. I am selecting this date of feedback however it is for last 5 years.

Please dont take services of Visa Avenue . They are totally Fraud .

One of the vest visa ci sulting service in India. Only intrested in getting money and promise to help with documentation and to get paperwork done for get canada which never happend for 3+ years saleses team is abusive and they had abused me over phone. So called Visa or immigration officers do not ha e idea about Canada point system. It's better to use licensed immigration advisor on shore.

Before contacting Visas Avenue, we also talked with a few consultancy companies. But we were not convinced due to their lack of proper knowledge and high fee structure. However, at Visas Avenue, we got the perfect combination. They followed a transparent process and had clear terms and conditions.

Pros:* If you have so much money and time to waste this is the best place to be as a customer or an employee of this company* If you have the Low Blood Pressure you can always come and talk to HR Manager Morvin as he is the best person to make your blood pressure to cross 200
Cons:Disclaimer - This list is going to be lengthy so please read to the end. therefore It can save your life.
* HR Morvin is the most annoying person in this company right now. He is also the reason 65% of the staff left this company not the newbies there are the employees who are working for more than 5 years #FYI for Customers there are no team Leaders or senior persons left in this company. 

* Now Mrs. Rashmi and Tina the Second #RootCause this company is drowning both are seniors working for more than 13 years they have experience in playing games, ordering food, Rag to their juniors etc (typical SBI employees like Lunch k baad aana) in their Experience letter. #FYI Beware Customers these are the person those who are handling your cases Management is just always be like "AAPKO JO KARNA H KARO HUME PAISA LAA KAR DO"

V bad experience. Had applied for my daughters for Australia. Before taking money, big promises. After taking money never contacted us. When we wrote, no reply. Money n time wasted. Don't trust this co if you are applying for pr. Use some other agents.

Worst experience with Visa Avenue for Australian PR. Absolute waste of money.

Experience is really bad. The registration team mention that your documents are completed and you have good score and IELTS low score will also work. Also, they insist you make full payment for a discount so that they can grab maximum amount.

Then after the registration processing team asks you so many documents and then ask for IELTS good score for eligibility.

Worst agency experience.
They charge a bomb for consultancy services and use jargons like they have a team of lawyers for discussing your profile but I feel strongly that its a lie.

There is no flexibility in their services and things like changing NOC code will invite extra money.

If one spends 1 week googling and watching you tube then you will have enough information to create your EOI's or profile..

Don't fall in the trap...Better google and save money.

They don’t give you a clear picture. Basically they will just tell you are eligible for applying, but won’t tell you that you have zero chance of getting PR. And then will refund you small amount. Imagine they took Rs 75000 for just making a profile in Express Entry. Very pathetic and unethical.

I have visited few times during my application process and every time I visited, I was well received. The staff is polite and professional, office is nice and clean with proper meeting rooms.

The client service is also prompt and professional. Every time I call my manager or anyone else in the staff, I either got a solution on call or got a call back as per the committed time. I got my PR also in time and I am quite happy I contacted them for my immigration process.

I enrolled their for Australia PR with my 7 years experience, i have done 3 years diploma and graduation. They don't have knowledge, they guided me fake, and after received payment from me 64900/- they told me my study is not relevant so your experience will not be counted, but in final result my 3 years diploma, graduation and 7 years experience fail because they don't know how skill assessment want to submit. and today i lose my 1.4 lakh and they are not refunding me more then 13-14 thousand. its very strange. And now i can not apply in the future for Australia PR because Visas Avenue, Mr. Charnjit Singh and Miss. Mrigya Saha are responsible for the same.

We used the services of Visas Avenue to get our Australian PR Visa in 2017. They were professional, prompt and very helpful. What I am particularly happy about now is the continued help/ support provided by them with respect to updating our Immi Account. Special thanks to Shivangi Arora for her prompt help.

Just one word pathetic, they do know the process no doubt but they don't know how to get the things done. They would just tell you what to do, then you do the entire work, give them everything that's needed for a profile, then they create your profile and that's it. Then they just wait.
