Great experience with this car delivery. My car arrived on time, and Shawn John went above and beyond to help me throughout the process. He fought for me when issues came up, kept me updated, and always checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend!

Tried to get my wife’s car shipped to Arizona since we got stationed here and they gave us a good quote only for them to double the price before pickup. Made us pay a deposit which they didn’t refund so it was a waste of time and money.

They gave me a quote in writing for $645 Shawn started to complain that the drivers were offered above $1,200 by another company; to me that was the strategy, a clear warning sign that my price would go up, even when Shawn denies it. They never came to pick up my car on the date set by the contract. I missed two days of work waiting for them to come, but they never showed up. When I called to cancel, Shawn promised they would come the next day; however, how could I trust him if they had already failed to follow the contract? Then Shawn kept me on the phone for 24 minutes trying to convince me; I had to actually beg him to proceed with the cancelation. Shawn texted me an "agreement" saying he was canceling due to "My Personal Reasons." In the end, they kept my $150 deposit, and I have to be thankful because they are not charging the $200 cancelation fee. Gimme a break!!! DO NOT HIRE these people!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was looking to get my car shipped from NC to AZ and they gave us a cheap price but changed it all up on us. My dad was waiting for them to come, and they never showed up. He had to call them and they said they would come the next day (which they didn’t). On top of that, he had to BEG them to cancel the service because they kept asking for another chance but they lost our trust. They made us pay a deposit prior to any services and we ended up not getting a refund back. Don’t waste your time on this company.

My experience was great. Kevin insured my vehicle made it to my destination within a good time frame and kept me updated!

Fabulous customer service. Chloe went above and beyond. So kind so helpful. The whole process was super easy. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed at all!!

I had my family members Jetta shipped from Massachusetts to Nebraska over an approximately four day period without difficulty. This was during the winter when there was a lot of snow. Shawn John was helpful in securing a transport company and other logistics. The car was picked up late at night and also drop off at night. However it arrive in the same condition it was picked up. Overall, I would use the service again.
