Procedure fully explained and expertly performed by Dr Krishnan, Liz , the clinic nurse , was reassuring, efficient and knowledgeable, Angela on reception was really helpful.
I had the procedure to relieve symptoms which have now completely gone , and my leg looks a whole lot better too as an added bonus !
I would highly recommend the Vein Centre for anyone contemplating treatment of their varicose veins

Excellent service
These people are just brilliant in every way, they treat everyone with respect and dignity. They have treated me for an ulcer on my right foot that’s been bothering me for around 25 years. On my first visit they were positive that could help with my problem , sure enough 6 weeks after the surgery my ulcer has almost gone which started at 5” across now 1/4”, The NHS couldn’t help at all . All staff are very helpful right from the sales team ,receptionists nurses and surgeons and very friendly

Simply the best.
My initial consultation was very honest, professional and friendly. My mind was put at ease. The treatment I required was not extensive. Today I had that treatment and all went very well. The Dr and staff were informative and reassuring. I do not require a follow up appointment but was given information if I felt I needed any questions answered. I was recommended by a friend and I don’t hesitate to pass this recommendation on. Thank you to all involved.

All procedures are fully explained prior to treatment, and the staff put you at ease by explaining each step as it's happening.

Wish I had done this sooner
I had a very lumpy varicose vein on my leg. I had excellent care from everyone at the Stoke on Trent clinic. Dr Wells did a fantastic job, the procedure was practically pain free and I had no difficulties afterwards. My only regret is that I didn’t have it done sooner.
