I did not want this service

I did not want this service, somehow I was charged 11$ for one car history report???
However I'm sure it's very helpful for many. I was not trying to subscribe to this vehicle history thing. My inquiry was only for ONE vehicle only.

Chat bot helpful for cancelling account at odd hour of the day.

I was satisfied with getting the assistance from "Charles" to close out the account I set up on Mar 19. The chat bot was very convenient for accomplishing my objectives during non-traditional hours. BTW, you might want to check out the competition. I received better information for less money from GoodCar.com. (There were other services available, but I only invested in two.)
