Where is the 0 stars 7 days later still no withdrawal into my acc 😔 and customer service copy and paste the same shit everytime i try to contact them. Has anyone got there money from here am i going to get it or is it just another scamming site.

Getting spammed by them multiple times a day despite not using online gambling sites and not signing up for anyone. Obviously got my data from an illegal source. Their recruiting methods should tell you all ypu need to know about their credibility. Don't fall for this type of business

Signing up was easy, winning was easy, verifying was easy. Getting paid .....nope! After winning $300 and waiting and waiting. I tired canceling and trying again. Still nothing. Several attempts to contact customer service via website and email and they refused to respond. Just like all other scam sites. I accepted my defeat cancelled my request and blew it all. Shortly, after a few choice words from me, they responded just as I had anticipated. Violation of conduct. 😂😂😂 Also once I get my lie of a reply I'll gladly provide screenshots to back it up.

Their withdrawal time is extremely long and you can only request 500€ at one time. If you're lucky to win big, like I did, good luck in getting your money.

I received my money, but only a week later, they took to long to send the money

I’ve been waiting for over four business days (plus two weekends) for my withdrawal to be processed, even though this casino clearly states on their own site that withdrawals are handled within three business days. That’s simply not true.

Every time I contact their so-called customer service, I get the same copy-and-paste responses — vague reassurances that my withdrawal is “in the queue” and that they’ve “contacted the finance department to speed it up.” It’s been the same line for days, with no actual progress or results.

They also ignore emails completely, which makes it impossible to get a real update or explanation. Right now, I have three pending withdrawals, which is the maximum they allow — meaning I can’t even request another until they finally release the ones they owe me.

This casino operates with zero transparency, terrible support, and broken promises about payment timelines. Based on my experience, they’re not trustworthy and behave more like a fraudulent operation than a legitimate gaming site.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this casino. There are plenty of reputable ones out there — this is definitely not one of them.

The will cancel your withdrawal for no reason and blame bank.

Every withdrawal takes far longer than the 3 days and trying to get help from them is like getting blood from a stone. Simply put, use a different casino,a nd not one affiliated with these guys. RocketRiches, Stake or QBet. Vegasino are terrible in every way. AVOID!

I received a notice informing that if I logged into my account I would receive 20 free no deposit spins on 3 Volcano game and I signed in and then they disappeared. I went to my customer support and Selena was there to help my within one minute. She read my screenshots and within another three minutes it was solved and I went on to play my games;!!

Try to redraw money from this site going on for 5 days when they say it only takes 3 days when I connected the site they told me it was because it had higher demand for withdrawals stay away from this site

I submitted multiple self-exclusion requests to Vegasino over several weeks, but they ignored them. Instead of helping, they kept offering me bonuses while I was clearly asking for help to stop gambling. I lost a lot of money and ended up in a consumer proposal. Now they’ve closed my account but won’t even send me my transaction history. Completely unethical and irresponsible

The worst casino out, probably a scam. I had 75k Bal and they said i could only withdraw 500 a day. 2 weeks have gone by and still nothing withdrawn. I just wasted $2000 ffs. Please dont waste your money on this scam
