Constantly shifting terms and conditions so players cannot win. Their customer service associates do not know terms and conditions. When asking customer service they provide incorrect information. Player then suffers the repercussions. Terms and conditions are hard to find. Even though I’ve read them back to front.
Can’t request more than one payout per week, per method. Payouts 7-10 days when almost all other sites these days are 48 hours.
Really just very poorly ran and antiquated site that is not customer focused.
The final straw for me when I was given a bonus by customer service, played bonus, satisfied playthrough. Went to cash out that win plus comp points and a 100$ deposit I made.
They refused to pay out the entire amount and said they are making an exception and paying out some but not all because terms and conditions were violated. Even though their associates credited the bonus while a payout was pending.
Will not spend any more time or money here and would strongly caution against play here.
Played on this site for over 5 years.

This coupon code was emailed to me by their website after I had previously played a $20 no deposit bonus earlier in the week. Essentially they applied a bonus to my account knowing it would “break their T&C”. Support was no help. Do not deposit anything on this site, they’ll find a way to keep your funds.
