The site is easy to navigate. Options for title designations is a good addition. If you want accuracy a box for other should be added. All in all, an easy task.

Most everything was great, but I didn't see where I could get a copy of the statement of information that I just created. If I should die tomorrow, I would not have a copy for my replacement.

I wanted the company to file our annual report with the state of CT. Turns out it had already been filed so US Filing returned my $199 almost immediately.

The instructions were easy to follow. only reason i gave four instead of five is that a few of the questions i did not know what they were about! The website is great andeasy to follow.

I was really impressed with how easy the process was to follow and complete. The only reason I gave it four vs five stars is that the email confirmation never showed up.

Quite a simple process, I do question such a high cost for someone, like myself, starting a business. Lower the fee. That's something y'all can do better. Cheer's.

I am not sure I understand the process, but it took 8 months to receive my copyright on my technical drawing. It only takes 30 days on my books. Thank you

This was my first time using your filing services. I found it easy to use, very user friendly. However, I am not sure how long the process takes for the filing to be completed.

The previous system was so very awkward—this one takes the pain away, very easy to fill out form and reminders in email are greatly appreciated.

It's great that you sent a reminder email and allowed us to update the Statement of Information well before it was due. The process was easy.

Very easy process but expensive compared to filing directly with the Secretary of State. However, if you are in a hurry, and I was, it's a decent alternative.
