I ordered a tree and two shrubs from Urban Plot online. They were listed as available on the website, the order was accepted and payment taken. The next day, however, I was informed that there wasn’t any stock and my order was cancelled. A refund was given a couple of days later but I don’t think orders should be processed when they can’t be delivered.

I would highly recommend Urban Plot for anyone looking for any aspect of garden design. The whole process was easy and well thought-out, and communication from Nick was excellent throughout. All of our inspiration pictures and needs/wants for the garden were taken into thoughtful consideration, and the design concept incorporated these ideas wonderfully. Nick was more than happy to accommodate a small change we requested into the final plans - and we couldn't be happier with the result! It's incredible value for money considering the work and effort that goes into it. If you're struggling with ideas for your garden design, then don't hesitate to go with Urban Plot!

Urban plot has delivered a great remote service at a reasonable price. The process has gone very smoothly and the design is just what we wanted. Nick did a great job understanding our needs, environment (such as sun light and soil), and budget. He delivered to the timeline agreed and responded promptly to all our questions at every stage.
We are can’t wait to see our design become a reality!

Great design and met their timescales as promised.

I sent an awkwardly shaped back yard with a list of requirements and they were all met within the design, with measurements and plant list (with care guide). You need to have thought about it before you fill in the design form and try and send as many photos and measurements to help the process.

I now just need to create it!

A smooth, engaged and simple process from start to end. We were so impressed with the attention to detail and responsiveness to all our queries at such an affordable price. If you're struggling with motivation with your garden like we were, and a little bit clueless with what to plant where, then the full package is perfect. The full plans, planting lists and links to prices are really helpful. We're excited to get going! Thank you Nick and team.

Brilliant. I paid for the full design, and was immediately sent a detailed questionnaire to complete, and a request fir lots of photos. I emailed everything back and Nick contacted me straight away to tell me when the design would be ready. Three designs arrived one week later ( I was only expecting one!). I chose one and the rest of the details will follow. The designer really listened to everything I said, and has been so responsive. Highly recommend. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

I recently used Urban Plot to redesign my garden, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They made it really easy to share what I wanted, and I got my design back within a week. The plan was well thought out, with clever ideas that fit my space and needs perfectly. Would recommend to a friend who wants to redesign their garden without spending a fortune. Just need to find the money to implement it now!

I used Urban Plot to redesign my small garden. I couldn't be happier with the results. The process was straightforward and I received a really creative design in less than a week. The design makes the most of my poorly shaped garden. They seemed to understand what I was after and came up with clever ways to utilise the space. I'll start to slowly implement as I don't have the budget to do the whole garden now, but I'd definitely recommend for the price, especially if you're just starting out, are a bit stuck and need some creative ideas.

I found the whole process of working with Urban Plot a great experience. Their detailed online questionnaire was thorough and very user friendly. I was even able to stipulate the need for my daughter to play football in the garden on a regular basis!
The designers incorporated our vision whilst also ensuring the practicalities were met as a well used place of play for our children.
What we loved the most about the design process was the plant preference guide ensuring the plants thrive in our garden.
Overall convenient and excellent value for money, very professional and felt really personal.
Their customer support is responsive, quick with replies during the design process. I also asked for modifications to the design which were actioned very efficiently.

The process is easy, the plan came superfast and I'm really excited! How wonderful to have someone who 'knows' to think about the planting - an area I'm clueless in - as well as making sure the space is 'zoned' to be useful and enjoyed. It was great to see the full potential of my garden and I feel like I can start to make it happen.

I asked for a Complete Design Plan. The process was very easy, and they returned the plan to me within the promised timeframe.. I was super happy with the garden plant design, the plant plan, the plant list and all the plant details supplied - really helpful and make it easy to both visualise and then transfer the design to your garden. I was really impressed with the design - it was really creative (but also practical) - quite a few ideas I would never have thought of, but I really like it! It was also great to have a plant care calendar - to guide you through what to do and when! Well worth it!

I was really struggling trying to understand what to do with my garden. It's a standard suburban rectangle and I was overwhelmed by the number of choices. I'd spoken to a number of garden designers but they were very expensive, so found this through a friend who'd been an early user tester for the business. They came back inside a few days with a vision I hadn't thought of. It was unique, creative and exactly aligned to what I'm looking for. All for £225! Amazing. I love all the plants they suggested also. Just fill in their handy questionnaire and away you go.
