I enjoy the lectures and the topics discussed in these classes. The certificates are expensive though. Apart from that it’s a good experience and a good place to learn. I realize that even though I... See more

I signed up for a writing course on January 2, 2026 and bought the materials for $34.99.
Later that day, I received a call from a family member who went to the hospital (and he’s still there) because my nephew needed emergency colon surgery. He’s autistic, has an autoimmune disease, and 3/4 of his colon was taken out because it was full of polyps.
The surgeon re-routed everything so he would not have to deal with an ileostomy.
I contacted Upskillist the same day to cancel and get a refund, but was denied. I turned it over to Discover, who did an investigation after crediting the refund amount, but Upskillist did another chargeback.
I never accessed the course or saw the materials I paid for. What a scam.

Very well structured lesson plans.
The course I'm busy with is very well laid out, the host explains everything in terms anyone can understand, support always on hand if need be.

The company provided a free introductory lesson access and encouraged a lifetime pass “ unlimited access to all our current and future courses for as long as the platform exist”. There were courses referred to as “micro courses” that were on using AI agents that I was interested in and therefore signed up. After I signed up the micro courses disappeared and I contacted support. Support first said they didn’t apply, and later said they didn’t exist. On another trustpilot review it said that there was a 14 day refund policy. I requested my refund within 8 hours and reiterated my request 1 day and 2 days later. I was told there was no refund available and has only been 2 days since I ordered now.

Every single lesson in every single module needs to be audited for accuracy. Although most of the material seems to be accurate, there are some errors. The most concerning are when the speaker says something that seems contradictory to the information presented on the slide. Also, the closed captioning is terrible. I wish there was an option to turn it off. The Australian accent does not get translated properly. Also, the speakers sometimes mispronounce words -- and given they are medical/nutritional terminology, it is super important to get it right. The mispronounciation of many words makes me think the narrator is just reading the material and not actually familiar with it. For example, he pronounced mis-shapen as miss-happen. It is really quite frustrating. And in one case, the number in the BMI formula was spoken incorrectly, but correct on the slide. Typos on the slides are another issue. The course itself is quite interesting, but the presentation could definitely use work.
Questions in the assignments are often incorrect. For example, one question asks about liters of blood that are pumped through the body each day. The correct answer (according to your slides and the internet) is 7500 liters per day. The answers offered were between .5 and 10 liters. Clearly the order of magnitude is off on these answers.

I just discovered Upskillist as I am now looking for a new work opportunity and I am really happy with the experience so far.
I am able to discover more on subjects that I didn't have the chance to tap into during my previous roles and that are key to expand my skillsets.
The courses are neat, detailed and the ability to manage your workload makes it significantly easier to follow.
I am only at the beggining of my journey with Upskillist but really pleased as of now !

I have been thinking about Ai prompting and the skills I learned are so powerful I cant wait for more

Very good training material and resources provided. Pitty that you have to pay to get your certificate, even though you passed the assessment.

I won a 6-month free course through an O2 Rewards promotion. When I went to sign up on Upskillist, I was asked to enter payment card details as part of the registration process.
I’m not comfortable providing payment information to a company I haven’t used before, especially when the offer was advertised as free via O2. Because of this, I cancelled the registration and didn’t proceed.
This may be standard practice for subscription services, but it wasn’t made clear upfront in the promotion. Others may want to be aware of this before signing up.

Purchased lifetime subscription for AI courses (ChatGPT Prompt Mastery and other ChatGPT courses). Content is AI avatars reading repetitive scripts—no real tutor, demos, or proper structure of course. Video player buggy, no progress save. Requested refund citing dissatisfaction; denied outside 14-day window. Highly disappointed—feels misleading. Materials of the course is not included in the lifetime subscription which was never mentioned when purchased.

I'm happy but not sure of their legitimacy and validity aswel as recognition. I'm not sure it's safe for me pay because I don't get solid informative about their legitimacy

As a Safelink customer, we were offered a free premium subscription for 60days to take a course. The course selection was great, then I had to deep dive for the fine print. Yes the course is free, but you have to pay for the materials for each class (my selection would have been $35) and then another $69 to get your completion certificate. I get it everyone has to make money, but why offer something “free” to a person who is already at a financial disadvantage and then throw in the surprise COSTS after the fact.
My hopes were dashed to say the least. I was ready to recommend others in my position to enroll, but now I will not because they can’t afford the pricing either.

The ease of use is definitely a good thing because I am 61 years old and I have no experience with technology least of all computers and if I get stuck I easily get the information I need. The teachers are so good at keeping me engaged and make it easy to understand the lessons. All in all it's been a wonderful experience for me so thank you!

Great classes, very informative, great explanations and good tests. Really enjoy it.
I would however prefer to have an app, instead of logging in every time.
