This company is dishonest

Beware of doing business with company. You should video the entire conversation with the initial sales rep and get everything written down. They are a fast acting, pushy tactics that will promise you the moon to get the sale. This company's sales reps promise you everything when they are at your house needing you to make a decision today because they are in this area doing work and might not be able to get to my job for months. I got a HVAC unit, Attic Fan which I was told was free, Insulation, Regular Hot water heater, and a breaker box rewired. They had a man come out that very day and install it. The next day the HVAC got installed, Hot Water Heater couldn't be finished because the wire in my house is from the 50's and is only 2 wire paper covered insulation. We were without hot water for 2 days. The sales rep and I and my brother discussed at long length the need for the wiring and breaker boxes completely replaced and he assured me yes we can do that we will take care of you no problem. The Electricians came late after 5pm they were over 3 hours away from here. They were here until 3 AM us with no power. The only had orders of the hot water heater plug and the breaker box outside. I have a sub Breaker box inside they didn't rewired. Our Sales rep took photos of it and pictures of the wiring in the attic. He knew what he was suppose to be doing on my project. Because the electrician didn't have orders for the inside breaker box nor replacing wiring none of that has been done. I also was told I qualifed for $5000 then it dropped to half of that. I asked again today if the rebate was cash not a tax credit we'll see if that is true or not. I would have never borrowed $40000 if it did not include the wiring replacement! I made the insulation man leave the first time they came because I knew the electrician would need to get up in the attic to replace the wiring and it would sll be covered up if they sprayed it in before the were finished replaced that. The project manager threw a fit about that. They came back again before the electrician arrived I told them again they needed to wait they received a call as did my sales rep then they called me and pretty much forced me to let them go ahead and spray it in today, the electricians will be able to find the wires. They told me if the insulation got packed down they would come back and top it off. A rebate rep just left They will not provide an itemized statement so you can see what each product and the current the installation cost you were borrowing money for your project. He is sending an electrician out Monday to look, I don't expect much to come from that visit though. They insist I sign a form that this job is completed but they have another thing coming if they think I will unless the job is finished or there is a reduction in the loan. They say they are affiliated with the Texas Rebate Initiative. I will be investigating! They have messed with the wrong old lady! I wish a bunch of people that have been screwed over could get together and start a class action suit. That is what it's going to take to stop all this!

Run for your lives!!!

I don’t even know where to begin with this company! First the salesman was late for my scheduled appointment so I canceled it. I was rescheduled for the next day and he showed up as scheduled. He stayed in my home for almost five hours selling me on this company and how professional they were, etc. then ordered a rush on my services. I was talked into getting two new air conditioners even though I had just purchased one three years earlier, two tankless water heaters, and two air handlers. The workers showed up at 6:00 p.m. and I had to call the salesman to get them out of my house at 11:00 p.m.! The next day they came back and were at my house again until almost 11:00 p.m. which was totally unacceptable. The electricians showed up from 5 hours away and was in my house until almost 1:00 a.m. and I had to make them leave. Electrician was supposed to come back the next day at 9:00 a.m. but didn’t show until 11:30 and again stayed in my home until 3:00 a.m. because he said he wasn’t leaving until the job was finished. Later a houseguest found a whole drilled into my wood floor. There was sawdust all over the floor because he didn’t clean up and never informed me that he needed to drill a hole in my floor. I think the most disappointing part was the salesman who lied straight to my face about what my monthly payment would be which was $386 but the paperwork said $710!!! When I asked about this, he showed me a PowerPoint slide with the breakdown and said they had to put the $710 down but that the finance company would make the adjustment. I reluctantly agreed only to find out from the finance company that they go by what USHS puts on the invoice and cannot change my monthly payment amount! Of course he won’t answer my texts so I called the company to file a complaint! I requested a call back at 1:30 p.m. and finally received a call at 10:00 p.m.!!! It took several calls just to schedule an appointment to speak with a supervisor which was supposed to happen today at 1:00 p.m. and at 9:19 still hasn’t happened. I’m requesting to speak with the supervisor’s boss but honestly don’t believe it will happen. I am totally disgusted with this company!!! I plan on shouting my displeasure to the rooftops about this unprofessional company! Everyone associated with this sale was absolutely disgusting and now I am stuck paying $710 a month until this $70,200.00 hatchet job is paid for…😡😡😡

RUN, as fast as you can from this company!

As others have said, avoid this company like the plague. I talked to a fast-talking salesman about installing a tankless water heater. He never told me a price, only a payment amount ($148.70/month). I felt funny about it, but he was slick. I needed more insulation in the attic so I let him add that. They showed up the next day and installed the tankless water-heater in 3 hours. Then I found that they had charged me $13,000. I asked how much the insulation had cost and they said $3000, which means I had paid $10,000 for the tankless water-heater. I looked it up and found that I could purchase the exact same Navien tankless system for less than $1500. So assuming the installer was the most expensive plumber in the world and was charging $200/hour, the installation should have only cost $600 for a total cost of $2100. I was ripped off at least $7,900 by this company. Buyer Beware!

Save Money With People You Can Trust

Truly, I have had nothing short of an incredible experience with these guys. They came in, told me how new units would increase my home's comfort and also how much they would lower my light bill. What they said would happen has happened exactly. Nothing less than amazed. I will keep y'all updated if anything changes, but this is great.

**AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS**

******AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS**********
IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW SO I CAN SAVE YOU SOME HEARTACHE, STRESS, AND HOURS ON THE PHONE BEGGING FOR THIS COMPANY TO GIVE A SHIT ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HOME

Not how I want to spend my Friday but alas, here I am yet again, leaving a review for this diabolical company as they continue to take time from my life that I would rather spend doing literally ANYTHING else. I rue the day we were ever burdened with the knowledge of this USHS's existence.

The original work they did on our house in fall 2025 was HORRIFIC, I cannot stress enough the absolute buffoonery that this company sent to our home. What should have been (and what we were assured would be) a 5-6 hour service turned into the worst week of our lives as home owners. Within minutes of arriving at our house we had water coming through light fixtures in the first floor of our home. The workers dropped the hose and flooded our entire attic resulting in multi floor water damage. I was told by a random man in my attic that I needed to "calm down" and that I "didn't understand this kind of thing" after asking why there was water POURING from my light fixtures downstairs. I have never been so disrespected, in my own home, under the roof that I PAY FOR. This already unfortunate instance spiraled even further because they then spent a week delaying getting us the critical water damage repairs we needed, they all put threw on a fake mustache on one of their guys and said "oh yeah he's a water damage expert" and tried to gaslight us by simply running a hand over our carpet and saying "it's dry, everything is fine". We spent HOURSSSSSS of our time fighting for them to simply care enough that they FLOODED OUR HOME. The entire reason we wanted this done because we are getting ready to sell. All we wanted to do was get the incredible amount of damage they did repaired and move on from this company. If I could simply pay the ridiculous bill for the rest of our time and then pretend this never happened, I would have LOVED that option.

But I'm here again so obviously my wish to never speak to anyone at USHS ever again was not granted. Fast forward to now, our house is under contract, guess what the inspection brings up? If you guessed "two different instances of the job they did being out of code" then you are CORRECT! So we call, again, and kindly ask that they review our file to fully understand our history with their company (that's taken years off my life span at this point) and resolve the issues they have yet again caused and the overwhelming stress/frsutration they've put on my family YET AGAIN. However, that was OBVIOUSLY not done because they sent the same man who told me to "calm down" BACK TO MY HOUSE TO REPAIR THE OUT OF CODE JOB HE IS TO BLAME FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Not only that, but when we called to report the inspection findings we were met with "oh when did they do the quality assurance visit".......ummm what quality assurance visit? The agent says "oh for every job we send people out afterwards to ensure things like this don't happen"......yeah, so this company flooded our house, tried to scam us out of actually fixing the damage they caused, did nothing to ensure the quality of their work, have now put our home sale at risk, sent the same worker back to my home that disrespected me initially, and will likely only pretend they care again because I'm leaving this review.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
YOU WILL BE SCAMMED
YOU WILL HAVE HOME DAMAGE
YOU WILL NOT GET A JOB DONE ACCORDING TO CODE
YOU WILL BE GASLIT AT EVERY TURN

Do not deal with this company

We had Cam come and show us what they offered for replacement of our water heater, hvac and heat pump. He stated we would get a $5000 rebate with payments on a loan of $26,000. After he ran the numbers he stated we didn't qualify for the rebate but, he was able to drop the cost to $22,000 with $1000 rebate. I don't usually agree to anything right away, i like to have time to think about it but, he made everything sound so good. We went ahead and agreed with everything. We are retired and on a fixed income which we had told to Cam but, he stated with the drop down cost of our electric bill making the payment wouldn't be a problem. AFter all said and done, our payment went from $267 a month to $398 a month. They installed our AC and heat pump that night and water heater the next day. Had issues with the water heater and it took an additional 2 weeks to get resolved due to technicians being overloaded on service calls. this is what one tech told us. They also had to do some cosmetic work to our wall from the heat pump and broke 1 of our sprinklers to our septic tank, which took almost 3 wks to get someone to come look and fix these. I called in regard to payment being so much higher and miss lead by Cam. Their finance department stated we qualified for a HIGHER interest rate that is why our payment is higher. Cam had told us the payment would drop back down to $267 after a couple of months that was a lie. The only way our payment would drop is to call them after we raise our credit score and they would refinance our loan. Also, we were told 10 year warranty on all, and it's only 6 years on water heater, 10 years on ac and heat pump. We've had nothing but lies and miss lead on numerous things, to many to list, just mentioned a couple. I will be going after them for all the miss leading and lies.

HAVING A HUGE PROBLEM WITH THEM

I had a salesman come by and talked about how this company was trying to help Texas lower its electrical grid. He was a pretty good talker. I agreed to a new all electric HVAC, a new High efficient hot water heater and attic insolation. My electric bill had ben running around 550.00 during the summer. I had no heat during the winter because I didn't want to pay the monthly min. for probably 10 months. I expressed this to the salesman. They showed up within an hour to install the water heater and attic insolation that same night. That seemed odd already. The next morning they showed up and began installing my new HVAC. When they finished they had installed a gas heater so I still have no heat. No one will commit to changing it out. I am expected to pay for something I will not use. I specifically told Jonathan that I wanted electric heat. I am at my wits end and don't know what to do. They were supposed to be here today between 9 and noon but I am not sure what for. As if 2:00 they haven't called or showed. Any advice would be appreciated.
