Due to very high demand Unique Fitness warns right on their website of delays. But they responded whenever I had a question and I received my product within the expected timeframe factoring in the delay. The website is easy to use and the prices are more than fair. I trust Unique Fitness to deliver high quality equipment at a good price and they did not disappoint. Would definitely buy from them again.

The delivery was a little slow, but supplies were extremely limited due to the pandemic, and they provided great, quick customer service when I asked about the status. Everything arrived in good shape.

VERY fast delivery!! I thought I was going to have to wait a month or so for my weights because of Covid. I ordered on Monday, and my package was delivered on Wednesday!! Great customer service as well! Everything exceeded my expectations!

Item was shipped in 16 business days. Website please give 10-15 days handling time. I called numerous time to follow up on my PowerBlock Elite Exp dumbbells, they kept on saying they ship in batches from PowerBlock factory and shipped the Stage 3s, then the Stage 2s, and finally Stage 1s anticipated this week. I called PowerBlock directly, they said lag handling times are based on the time of order, not based on what type of product it is ie Stage 2 expansion kit vs Stage 1 base kti. Because of this, I don't trust this vendor, and I was given no updates on shipping until the very day the item ships, I get a tracking number. PowerBlock was much more helpful to me, as they located my inventory on the floor and explained the products and much deeper detail and told me item would ship out before Wed Nov 4, and it actually shipped Tues Nov 3rd. So A+ for PowerBlock, and C for Unique Fitness. The only plus for Unique Fitness was the price was better than any other retailer online. But not very helpful customer service wise.

It was a little strange that I never received a confirmation of purchase or even a shipping notification so I thought it was all a scam ... but everything eventually arrived about a month after I ordered -as expected during this high demand time. The equipment is great and very glad I made the purchase!

I was really concerned with ordering weights online. With such an investment, I didn't want to choose the wrong seller. We looked all over the internet for options - most were sold out. I hadn't heard of Unique Fitness but they had the free weights in-stock and the price was reasonable. I read the reviews on their site and also did my own searches including the BBB to confirm they were legit. We placed our order and got our weights in about a month. I had checked with their customer service while we were waiting and I was pleasantly surprised with how fast and informative they were. The semi driver who dropped them off at our house was a really nice guy. And last, but not least, the weights are exactly what we were looking for - well made and no weird smell or jagged edges.

Great purchase! I am enjoying it a lot and my husband is liking it too. Maybe we will buy the next weight set up for him.
The delivery took the full three weeks, which made me a bit nervous; yet it arrived and the product is of great quality.
I like the grip material of the bar and that the bar seems pretty solid/strong to withstand even more load.

Order took more than 20 days to ship. Rather disappointed in how slow the processing was. The item states 10-15 business days. I reached out to customer service multiple times to be kept apprised on the status, in which they were prompt to respond, but no concrete dates were ever provided.
