Awful customer service

Awful customer service, no reply to emails, socials, calls, the chat service doesn’t work just crashes after being in a queue for ten mins. I won’t order anything from them again or buy any of their products. Avoid.

Absolute shocking customer service

Absolute shocking customer service. They have had my return since 15/12 and still no refund. The customer service phone number is in the Netherlands and only open 3 hours a day. Chat is embarrassing just keep blaming the delay on the time of year. I will never buy anything else from these total cowboys
Would give a minus score if I could. Here we are 01/02/24 and still not refund. This company are a rip off

No option for -5 stars.The worst company I have ever dealt with I’ve dealt with some exceedingly poor companies. The email service you rarely get a reply back, the chat Service is absolutely appalling as the staff just either end the chat mid chat or fail to answer the questions you’re asking absolutely pull your hair out annoying worse company to deal with. Chasing a refund and would never ever buy anything from this company again.

Worst customer service ever experienced

If you expect any level of customer service do not buy from these cowboys. Order placed 13th December, tracking stopped updating 15th December, full order charged & have been chasing since for a refund. Contacted them 4 times now, no response back to my "case raised", still think they can use the excuse of a backlog due to the busy festive period & somehow it's become my issue that their courier lost their products. Its unbelievable how little they care about charging for an order that they have not delivered.

Reviews are scary but…

Reading the reviews on here is enough to scare anyone which is what I did after placing an order of 2 pairs of trainers but to be honest I think it’s the fact happy customers haven’t bothered. Dispatch was slower then expected but it has been new year (paid 30th December, didn’t despatch til 4th but arrived on the 5th) I didn’t have any problems.

Paid for trainers 12/12, scammers

Paid for trainers 12/12, collection shop didn't take delivery for some reason so sent back to warehouse, received message from under armour stating refund in two weeks. Nearly 4 weeks no refund, emails sent, online chat, no response! Where is my refund? Scammers!

UPDATE: RECEIVED A REFUND 25 DAYS LATER, WILL NEVER BUY AN UNDER ARMOUR PRODUCT AGAIN OUT OF PRINCIPLE!

Don’t buy from here you will never get your money back.

STAY AWAY THEY WONT REFUND YOU. I ordered a few T shirt’s on the 22/11/2023 but had to cancel as I thought there would be an issue with the size. To this day I haven’t even received an email about a refund being issued after chasing multiple times. I spent £60 and I’m very disappointed with the service from such a big company. They have taken over a month and I have still not received any communication regarding my refund.

Use any other sportswear company than this one!

Ordered a gym bag as a Christmas present and the website said “order before midnight for Christmas delivery” so it was around 2 o’clock on Wednesday that I placed the order. I noticed on Friday evening that I hadn’t received a despatch email yet so I used the online chat to try and find out what was going on. The first two chats got cut off after the order number was given and 30 mins later on my 3rd attempt I got told that it hadn’t been dispatched yet so I wouldn’t get one. When I asked about the Christmas delivery they simple said you need to allow us 3-5 working days and then that chat was cut off after I was told it still could arrive today which was another lie.
It’s now later Saturday afternoon and still no email. This company has lied to get money in and the customer service is appalling so god knows how badly the warehouse is run if it’s still not been dispatched after nearly three and a half days. When ordering with adidas it’s nearly next day delivery as standard. Choose any other sportswear company than under armour and you’ll be better off.

Tried to contact customer service…

Tried to contact customer service regarding a manufacturer issue of a top. The agent was not interested and referred me to the shop I purchased from even though I stated it was a manufacturing problem I wanted to discuss.

Crap company ..Web site doesn’t take…

Crap company ..Web site doesn’t take payment on stored card details so would need to delete and manual enter,couldn’t set up account as web site was crap and not easy to find way around for what I was looking for..
All in all a crap experience ..
I gave up and bought from another manufacturer..

Appalling customer service

Absolutely disgusted at the customer service from Under Armour.

I received a defective product and contacted them about this over three weeks ago. I have since chased a few times on the live chat (the phone line doesn’t work and just cuts off every time you try to call), and every time they are unable to give me any information about the status of my request or when I can expect to hear back. There is no way to escalate the complaint.

This is completely unacceptable and appalling, especially right before christmas, I do not understand how it can take three weeks to even look at a complaint.

I will never be ordering from Under Armour again. They clearly have no regard for their customers.

Poor Customer Service

Again, dreadful customer service. Parcel never arrived, told they’d got a backlog before dealing with complaint but 4 weeks and still no response! TrustPilot is what companies measure themselves… can see Under Armour aren't bothered about customers as they don’t even acknowledge posts! Sort out your customer service and you wouldn’t have such bad reviews.

DO NOT ORDER FROM UNDER ARMOUR !!!!.

I made an order that was delivered on the 27th November with an item missing.
I immediately contacted customer support and was asked to provide photos of the packaging which I did. They told me they would investigate and respond to me.

We are now at 23 DAYS LATER and NO RESPONSE from UA.

The telephone number just has a message saying there is nobody available to help.
I have contacted them via a messaging chat many times only to be told that they are still investigating the matter and they can give me no timescales as to when this be resolved.
I should therefore wait indefinitely to hear from UA !?!?!?!?!
This is an absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer.
The way this should be handled is that you refund my money then Investigate as to who is stealing items at your distribution centre. NOT make me wait indefinitely to receive my money.
I have spent thousands over the years with UA but I will NEVER buy another item from them.

This is basically THEFT/FRAUD

I paid for an item that was not delivered and the company still have not resolved the situation.
I am now certain I will never get this issue resolved.

Would give zero if it was possible

Would give zero if it was possible - only one item from four has arrived and no one will speak to me about it. Keep telling me someone will get back to me but no one does
Having to get alternative gifts now as I don’t believe they are going to sort it out and looking at reviews looks like I’m going to have a fight on my hands to get a refund . Office of fair trading and citizen advice next port of call I think.
Avoid at all costs!!
Website now says they have closed the telephone lines down- I couldn’t even get through I think it’s a fake number as my phone didn’t recognise it.

No Refund and No contact from Customer Services

Placed order UKIE-01524242 on 17/11/23. UA cancelled it and yet still haven’t refunded me. No one has replied to my social media contact or contact via their website customer forms and their agents on the online chat say that they cannot refund me and this must be done by head office!!!! This is disgusting and I’ve bought lots from UA previously. I won’t buy another product from them now. Do not buy from them

I ordered a bag through the Under…

I ordered a bag through the Under Armour UK website as I had a discount, and immediately after placing the order looked up the reviews on Trustpilot and I got so worried because of all the awful reviews! I was regretting placing the order via them instead of somewhere I’ve used before. However, I received an email confirmation straight away and my parcel arrived 3 days later. Would have been 2 days if I hadn’t missed the first delivery attempt. So I was extremely impressed with the delivery speed! The bag is great too, I love all the extra features I didn’t know it had based on the images online. I’ve only taken off a star as tracking the delivery through FedEx was quite a hassle, especially if your parcel hasn’t arrived on time. And also because of the Under Armour website not being as user friendly as it could be/lack of ease contacting customer service. Other than that, don’t let the negative reviews put you off ordering directly from their website 😊

Worst customer service ever

Paid £0 for a pair of shorts in mid-November, they never arrived, now been 5 chat contacts (never anyone on the phones, how can you big as big a company as UA and not have anyone answering your phones) and still the agents have no idea what's happening with my order. Feels like they're stealing my money and i have very little hope in seeing ,y product or a refund. Joke of a company! Never again!!!
