These do NOT cover the butt cheeks! Feels like getting a constant wedgie. I ordered six pairs and tried two pairs before I gave up. So uncomfortable! And the waistband is so heavy and tight and thick and goes higher than necessary really. Spent nearly $100 and it's going in the trash. Also, and I got this information from their customer service, they don't work very well for sudden gushes. Just for what you might call slow leaks. The layers cannot absorb quickly enough. So buyer beware!

Buyer beware! The website doubled my order and when I emailed they responded that I would be refunded. I have emailed weekly for 3 months with promises from Ultradries but no refund has been paid. The order received didn't provide the urinary leak protection advertised. Chemist leak pads give more protection. Pants left a feeling of constant dampness and odour and outer clothes became wet as well. I couldn't recommend this company or its product.

I am very pleased with the product - excellent quality and designed for efficiency, comfort and a sleek line. It may take some time to arrive, but the company made me well aware of this and was in constant contact whilst I waited. Worth waiting for.

When I first ordered my Ultradries, I was a larger size. By the time they had arrived, I had lost weight so I was no longer the size I had ordered.
I wrote Laura and she kindly told me they would replace them for the correct size.
This is customer support that you do not often receive. I am also very impressed with the product. The Ultradries absorb much more than previously tried products.

From placing my order to answering questions about Ultradries, everyone has been so helpful. I gladly recommend Ultradries to friends and family members. I will be a customer for life.

I ordered the incorrect size panties and was disappointed so called the company and was told I would receive the correct size free of charge. Laura is a wonderful representative for Ultradries. The newer order fits well.

After a month received my order and underwhelmed. Tried to check my order on their website, tried to connect to link in delivery email and each time my AGV blocked the website as possibly fake/scam/dangerous. Items came from China, emails with a USA address. Checked product with water and yes dampness doesnt immediately seep out to outer clothing however dampness says in area between legs (correct word not allowed) so you would be sitting in wet knickers! Construction is material over a towelling like layer over a plastic layer which seems to prevent some dampness. No pocket to add any reinforcing pad. Amazed I was so taken in by a slick video ad and paid so much. Luckily purchased via Paypal and received an instant refund without drama. Far better to use disposable pads which at least you can change after any accident and not left sitting in it! Avoid.

I was originally concerned about ordering underwear online but from the time my order went in, the company was in touch by email making sure that I was kept up to date with shipping and delivery times. I loved the feeling of the material but had a few “accidents”. I wrote back and told them my concerns and they promptly sent me a size smaller. I was impressed not only by the fact they practiced what they preached, but were so personable. I will definitely not hesitate to buy again - great company !

I have been waiting over three months for my refund. I wanted to return the goods purchased because of uncomfortable fit, but my request was made difficult by offering me an address in China! Definitely not cost effective. I reluctantly and eventually accepted a third discount and kept the goods which are not of any use to me personally. Not the best experience of business practice.

Has anyone received a refund??? Also, they are made and sent from china. It takes over 4 to 6 weeks to get anything from china. I did some research. As of February 6th I have not received my refund and I feel underwear is not any different then buying from another store.

Your company kept me informed of any delays. When I wrote you an email regarding your code, Laura promptly replied. Very nice company to deal with.

Be very wary of this company and product. I ordered my first set several months ago , which took a long time to arrive - about 6 weeks- but found the fit ( L) too loose and baggy and not effective enough but the material and style felt promising . I have tried wearing them with disposable pads too ! The replacement in (M) size was requested and turned up but I was sent a different style with a tight elastic waistband , which customer services claimed was their new updated product . This style of panties was therefore too small and did not have any way to fix in the extra linings that I had originally paid for : Therefore not a comparable exchange . Emma at customer services , although quick to respond , says all they can offer is 20 % off a future purchase . The style now offered on the website (April) seems to be again a different style so I am very reluctant to order anything more from them . The replacement set does not feel the same quality and absorbency that I found in the original pairs . Ihave requested to try 1 pair of the April style advertised but this was refused. Therefore I have ended up with about a dozen pairs of incontinence underwear that do not fit the advertised purpose and no refund or suitable alternative offered ! Also I noted that the new deal on the website does offer a refund if found not suitable rather than exchange for a better fitting size . Very confusing and I feel very disappointed ,let down and out of pocket !

Like a lot of ladies, I seem to have ordered the wrong size but there was not a problem in exchanging them free of charge. I am so glad I did and received the smaller size this week. They are incredibly soft to wear, fit perfectly and have given me so much more confidence in going out. I would thoroughly recommend Ultradries.
Yes the shipping took quite a long time, in fact I began to suspect I had been scammed, but I am glad I stuck with my order.

Ultradries have been very helpful when I did like others and checked the incorrect size. Went to them immediately and they came back immediately, understood and offered to send replacement immediately. They did! Great looking smart design and firm to wear. As an overseas client I hold my breath with online purchases but these ladies have restored my faith in “online” at least for Ultradries. Thankyou Ladies 10 out of 10.Susan Australia

Laura was really good to me. I reordered
3 of L and 3 of LX. I am not sure what size l need now, l have lost a lot of weight since Christmas.

The cotton is incredibly soft, I actually thought I had ordered the wrong item at first. Once I put them on, I realised they are just genuinely well made.

I received my order and need to return it.and no luck no address etc etc £69.99 down the drain carol campbell

I had to wait a while for my first delivery and when they arrived they were too big. I reported this as was advised a smaller size would be sent free of charge. I had a further long wait until these arrived today. However the wait was worth it. They fit perfectly, are good quality and will certainly buy again.

During my experiences of waiting I was kept in regular contact with Ultradries giving me updates which was a great help. I would certainly recommend this company
