This isnt my first time writing a review about my experience with The Beard Struggle. Everything from the Products to the Service is 5 stars. If I could give more i would. I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service team. Always very helpful when I have made mistakes in my order and also very quick in dealing with issues. Like I said in a previous review. This will be the only company I use for beard products going forward

Answered questions when asked about a delay in my package, was more delivery service than TBS, products are great and while it may feel expensive, well worth.

The beard struggle have really good quality products that keep your beard in tip top shape , the brushes do actually make a difference. My only gripe is that not all.the products are vegan friendly. But everything i ha e bought and used have been really good.

Amazing products! Using the day tonic, night elixir, beard balm, and beard conditioner; my beard now feels thicker and softer, is easier to manage and no beard itch!!

My favourite scent used to be Acqua di Parm Leather, which they discontinued, but Surtr's Fury smells almost identical and is now my go to scent (I have the roll on scent oil to, the smell lasts for ages.)

I'll definitely be sticking with this brand

Amazing products, even the ones I don't necessarily use much start to grow on me, Customer service is excellent whenever I do need to contact them.

I’m genuinely impressed with the customer service. My issue was addressed on the same day I contacted them, which I honestly did not expect. The response was quick, professional, and very helpful.

The after-sales service was truly exceptional – fast, efficient, and handled with great care for the customer. It’s rare to see such a high level of support nowadays.

Bought the samples for my husband for christmas..... since then hes bought so much 😂 i think hes a bit obsessed! He smells great and his beard is softer and looks better. Presentation is high quality very impressed

A great range of products, good service and good support, I had one issue but that was sorted straight away, delivery has always arrived on time what more does one need !

The products oils and balms are pretty good. They smell really nice and feel great. However the oils on multiple occasions have arrived leaky which for a product that is quite pricey is unacceptable. Also the colognes seem to have a very short lifespan after application

Excellent range of products available and superb quality! Early few weeks into my journey but can see a noticeable difference in volume and strength. Highly recommend 👌

Ordered from these so many times. Delivery is always quick, the products are excellent. Haven’t had a bad product from them. Even upgraded brushes and heated beard brush ( as the old ones were getting old ). Highly recommended for anything beard care.

Really good beard care products. I've tried many different brands, but TBS is easily the best I've come across so far. My beard, as well as the skin underneath is the best it's been in a long time.

I went for the Carbon X Pro 'Inferno' bundle as I've never used heat on my beard before and wanted to give it a go. The heated brush is easy to use, I love the results. The presentation and packaging of all the products is top tier, the scent I went for 'Aesir's Triumph' smells amazing and lasts long into the day.

I've worn a beard for years now, but after having used their products for a few weeks I've started getting compliments about it again. I will most definitely be using TBS again.

Absolutely love the beard struggle. Everything I've bought has been top dollar the colognes are amazing,the best I've ever smelt. The balms and oils are of top quality.the brushes are amazing. To be honest I wouldn't use any other brand.

They offer a vast range of products, the day tonics/night elixir scents that both smell fantastic and leave beard feeling amazing.

The beard brush and roller brush are both great quality and compliment each other nicely in there help to detangle, conditioning and styling your beard.
