CHAMILIA NEED TO STOP USING UPS AS SOLE DELIVERY AGENT

i will not buy from chamilia uk until the stop using UPS as their sole delivery choice.
UPS ARE TOTALLY USELESS AND DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DELIVER TO THE HOME ADDRESS.
THEY TOOK EXPECTED ITEM STRAIGHT TO THE NEARBY SHOP.
how do i know this??
well ,having had the same experience before waited by my window waiting for the UPS VAN.
AT 11.11AM I SAW ON THE TRACKING PAGE THAT PARCEL DELIVERED TO NEARBY SHOP AS CUSTOMER NOT IN.
TOTAL LIES ..

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service.

One of the charms I ordered had a missing crystal so I contacted Chamilia by email with the order number and a picture of the charm in question.

I received a response within hours assuring me they would replace the defective charm and confirmed shipping address.

The replacement charm arrived the next morning!

Will definitely order from this site again.
