BEWARE - SCAMMERS!!

BEWARE – TYANNI JEWELLERY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERED

I placed a custom order with Tyanni Jewellery in August 2025 for a diamond bangle. I paid a 50% deposit of $913 upfront and was promised the piece would be delivered after completion. Not only did I never receive the bangle, but the company never followed up to collect the remaining balance or ship the product.

After weeks of silence, I contacted them to cancel. I was told it was “in process” and would be ready “in 2–3 days.” That was months ago. I never received the item or a refund.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this amicably, Tyanni Jewellery has refused to refund my money. This company took my deposit and vanished—that’s theft, plain and simple.

I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card provider, and I’m now warning others. If you're considering doing business with Tyanni, proceed with extreme caution. What happened to me could happen to you.

UPDATE Feb 2026: This company is now attempting to "buy" my silence. On January 4, 2026, their representative, Namrata, contacted me offering a full refund—but only on the condition that I delete my honest 1-star review.

I agreed to the resolution, yet they have failed to send the promised refund. Despite numerous follow-ups, I am being ignored and "strung along." This isn't just poor service; it’s a predatory scheme to manipulate their ratings while keeping customers' deposits. At this point, Tyaani Jewellery by Karan Johar is operating like a sophisticated scam: they take your money, never ship the product, and then lie about refunds to hide the truth from the public. Proceed with extreme caution.

They use big stars to advertise but…

They use big stars to advertise but care less for clients. Do not buy online as they send extremely low quality and damaged / cheap looking pieces and then blame you for the condition of newly purchased/ received and unworn items. Staff are rude and argue to keep blaming the customer - zero empathy to offer any solution after you have paid

Tyaani Jewellery India

The worst quality of jewellery ever. I purchased online - and received substandard and damaged multiple pieces. Beware overseas online buyers that there is no recourse or return policy. A sales rep insisted that I bring the jewellery to India to be repaired and then make a trip back to India to collect it. None of their senior managers would want to get on a call with me to find a solution. The sales staff stopped responding. Finally one of their sales team lead spoke to me but offered no solution. Luckily, I had a sudden biz trip to India. I took the jewellery to a Tyanni store in that location. The store manager and staff were genuinely helpful- and acknowledged that the jewellery was bad and cannot be worn. The store staff were helpful and contacted the sales team lead I was speaking to earlier. He showed his annoyance (raising voice at me over the phone) and told me that the staff in the store are not authorised to give an assessment of the jewellery condition!!! Long story short - as I’m not from India, and I cannot go back and forth, I exchanged, AT A LOSS TO ME, for some other jewellery. Tyaani took no responsibility for their action of sending me bad damaged jewellery overseas - and the fact that I had to suffer financial loss to exchange - unworn brand new jewellery. They never called me back or offered any assistance from their customer support side.
