I've never seen a company that doesn't care about customer service. They have two lines one for residential and one for commercial. It doesn't matter which line you choose you get the price. They misquoted me then sold direct to my customer. They sent me a box with samples and quoted me one price. But there were two different types in the box If your a retailor don't waste your time. They'll sell your customer direct and take you out the loop!

The company itself was AMAzing! I called and had them cut my order in half and they were more than willing to do that! They shipped out soooo fast! And the quality of the turf is outstanding! However the company they have deliver it was a problem- they rescheduled our drop off twice... but we still had the turf in our possession in less than 2 weeks from ordering so we were very surprised and happy!

This is my first major DIY project at home. I found Turf Factory Direct through Google of course. I did find a few others, however the price point was great with shipping! The main reason for buying here was the website, and customer service rep I got. Danica and I had an introduction regarding what I’m looking for and she explained things to me and her thoughts based on her experience, but told me it really depends on what I really want and use of turf area. Her approach to her customer service is what made me confident in my purchasing through TFD. She got me what I needed and explained to do upon getting the phone call from
Freight and to keep in touch if I have any questions. Very helpful and listened well and really helped me decide after understanding the difference in the products

I will buy from them and her again for future projects and I will be promoting it to the community.

I was calling in reference to the purchase of artificial turf for a new business startup of a personal training facility. I needed information on the different products offered and what would be ideal for our business. And we were looking for something economical as well to keep overhead down. The sales rep was extremely helpful and informative, and they had a number of different products to suit our purposes. Overall I was extremely pleased with the experience. The sale rep was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company in the future.

I worked with Danica on a complicated putting green. She was not only friendly and informative throughout my MANY questions, but I feel she went the extra mile to get me the best product for my money. What else could someone ask for! Great job!

Great customer service. Fast shipping and a superb product.

I bought about $5000 worth of turf for my backyard as a do-it-yourself project. I was frustrated with most of the salespeople at TFD. They weren’t very likable but the price was right so I moved forward.

When it came to filling my order, they ship the glue that I purchased in my order separately from the turf. The turf ended up showing up before the glue. It turns out they never shipped The glue and when I called to ask about it a rep told me it was on the way. Just before hanging up, I asked for a tracking number. That’s when the rep said, “Oh sorry it hasn’t shipped yet”. I said, "I need you to overnight that stuff to me as it’s already a week late." He refused and said it would come at the speed of normal shipping.

From my sales experience through the glue issue I was really annoyed and frustrated with TFD’s representatives overall.

Then days later when I called once again to check on the glue that hadn’t shown up yet, I reached Danica. She is a fantastic rep for the company and treated me like I was actually a valued customer, which hadn’t happened yet. She is super nice and willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. She was willing to overnight the glue to me.

I would’ve written a terrible review about TFD until I met Danica.

I ended up purchasing a second round of glue kits online, as I needed more) but got different stuff than my first time and had some issues. Danica was kind enough to get me what I wanted to solve my issue a second time.

As far as the turf goes…So far the turf seems to be really high-quality.

So if you read this review and are going to purchase from TFD, I suggest you call and ask for Danica. I think you’ll have a great experience.

If anyone from TFD reads this feedback... Danica should probably be promoted and put in charge of your customer satisfaction team.

I was enlarging an area already turfed. It was a quick easy look up for them to find my previous order. They matched it right away and shipped it out. Very Pleased.

I called your service number and spoke with Danika. She was very helpful in assisting me in choosing the right product for my project. She took great care to ensure all of my needs were met. I would highly recommend Turf Factory Direct to anyone looking to create an indoor golf driving range in either their garage or basement. Turf Factory was excellent to work with, there recommendations on use, to shipping and receiving product was seamless. I bought turf for my golf simulator room and couldn't be happier.

Easy to work with. I emailed off their site and had a response back asap. Shipped same day as I ordered it and showed up wrapped up perfect. We ordered black and it looks awesome. Wish I could post a pic.

Can anyone please tell me how many days do they deliver because its over a week now i order.

This is our 2nd order from the Turf Factory. We priced out other companies but the quality and price of material from the Turf Factory is unbeatable. Be aware though, the freight carriers do not help get the material into the house so you will need significant muscle on hand- 4 men was what it took for our order 15x 27' roll. The freight company Braun is also not reliable on when they said they would deliver which made it difficult to rely on muscle on hand. Make sure you price in the cost to pay 4 men to help offload and have some moving straps to make the transport easier. As far as the turf itself, we ordered the Sportmax 5mm and the material itself feels great, not scratchy & padding feels good under foot. Good quality material!

Product arrived on time and was as advertised. No issues or problems. Installed in basement rec room and has performed as expected.

They made ordering from multiple states away easy with shipping samples. So far we are extremely pleased. Looking forward to receiving and installation to update my review.
