I’m so happy I found the Strawberry advanced repair barrier cream for my eczema. I have a drawer full of steroid creams that I want to stay away from and the barrier creams really helped redness and helped calm my flare ups.

Takes a bit of patience to start seeing results but definitely works when you are consistent with it. Its the only thing that has worked after almost a decade of insecurities and mental breakdowns. Highly recommend to try it at least once!

Love love love this product! I use it on my arms and legs and have noticed a huge difference. The tiny bumps that were on my arms n legs are finally gone. 🥹 Consistency is key!! I apply it every time after a shower. I’d say I noticed results quickly. In 2 weeks the little bumps on my skin diminished. I also love that the formula is thin and seems to absorb quickly. It doesn’t leave any residue feeling. I know it’s kind of pricey but it’s worth every penny!! 😭💕

I ordered this product over 40 days ago and it never arrived. The shipment tracking is shady, and even though it says customs cleared it more than 30 days ago they never delivered to me. I reached out to their horrid customer service team who did absolutely nothing to help and refused to cancel or refund the order and couldn’t even tell me if and when it would arrive. They basically stole over 80 USD of my money with no remorse. Scam and fraud. They want me to wait out their failed delivery and return the item to them, it will never even arrive at this point.

Been using Strawberry’s product for a week or so now! After trying numerous products for my KP, I’ve noticed a difference with their resurfacing cream. My redness has decreased and bumps aren’t as noticeable! Make sure you actually use it twice a day to see a real change! Like the website states everyone’s skin reacts differently and takes longer to see results but as long as you keep up with applications you will see changes. Their sunscreen is also a wonderful product I highly recommend it!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This is a scam. Firstly, even by choosing NO subscription, they put me on a subscription and when I went to cancel it, it wouldn't allow me and actually CHARGED my credit card and sent me another shipment - even when I gave explicit advice that I was not allowing a subscription. I then had to email them more than 7-8 times to cancel the subscription, no one would help, it was excuse after excuse and finally, I cancelled it myself, but even now, I don't trust this has happened. I have advised the governement agency in my state and contacted my bank regarding credit card fraud. And finally, the product does nothing - it makes your skin feel less bumpy but the redness and bumps are still there. DO NOT purchase from this company. Complete and utter scam with NO customer service. Just random emails saying nothing.

I had such a great experience with this product! Within a short time, I noticed my dark spots starting to fade and my skin looking much more even and radiant. It gives a beautiful, healthy glow without feeling heavy, and my skin feels deeply hydrated all day.

Terrible customer service. I did the subscription for the KP lotion and then found out I was pregnant shortly after. The product is not pregnancy friendly so I attempted to cancel my subscription with them as they have advertised “pause, skip or cancel anytime - zero commitment”. They refused to cancel my subscription and wanted me to purchase one more product or pay a 20% fee to cancel. False advertising and also the product came from China not made in California like stated. Really sketchy site - don’t waste your money

Do not ever buy from this scam.

They claim to have zero commitment and 60 day guarantee, but when you cancel the subscription and say that you tried the product with adverse effect they want you to send pictures.

Very intrusive. Unprofessional. Unacceptable customer service.

Im using this product from last 15 days and I see subtle difference in the arms which I didnt find using any other products. Trust me I have used every expensive product. This makes me happy and finally I can wear sleevless tops woth confidence

If i could leave zero stars I would. I wanted to purchase an eczema cream for my baby and toddler. I used a first time promo code which upon check out switched my item. Once I saw this and acknowledged this with the company they said i can return it. But yet what they dont tell you is you have to return it to CHINA! Which is why they saw its customers responsibility. They say they have USA locations but it cant be returned there, which i doubt is even true. So not only did i pay 40$ for an item I wont use they expect the customer to send it back to China which is over $100. They wanted to rectify the situation with a 5% refund. Not only did they swindle me out of my money there lack of customer service to make things right is non-existent. They just want your money and dont care about there customers.

I emailed about cancelling subscription and returning my order repeatedly but didnt hear back. do i need to contact my bank to. cancel this??

Customer service suck! I'm not seeing any results, so I tried to cancel my subscription. There is no option on their site, so I had to contact support. Long story short, they are refusing to cancel my subscription and will bill me because it "prevents discount misuse". The price is already expensive itself. Definitely won't buy from them again because of this issue

I got this lotion because I suffer from Keratosis Pilaris in my arms and legs, it's something I am always trying to improve with skincare but nothing worked until I tried this one.
First of all, I liked the ingredient list. Those 3 acids are perfect for exfoliation and improving skin tone and texture: glycolic acid, salicylic acid and lactic acid. Even though it has those acids, it was very gentle with my skin, I didn't experience any redness or irritation.
I liked that the lotion is very very light, my skin absorbed it very quickly and left my skin feeling very comfortable and hydrated, it wasn't sticky at all.
After a couple of days using it, I noticed my skin texture improved (specially in my arms), my skin was feeling softer and redness was reducing. Now I need a bigger bottle of this lotion because I am loving the results, I want to continue using it.

This company is a scam. I made what was clearly a one-time purchase and was then charged again £48 without my knowledge or consent. There was no clear information that this would turn into a recurring subscription.

After looking into it, I can see that many other people have experienced the same thing—being put on automatic subscriptions without being properly informed. This is not a mistake, it’s a pattern.

This is deceptive and unacceptable, and companies operating like this should be reported and stopped. I will be escalating this further.

Avoid this company unless you want to be charged repeatedly without your consent

I still have not received my order. There have been no updates since March 28. I have tried to contact this company twice to no avail. It’s a scam. Don’t do it.
