Would give this zero as they are.con merchants. Without your knowledge they add a free trial and then auto renew it for $30 per month. Disgusting sharp practice. In their terms they acknowledge that if you sign up for a trial they can bill you. But you don't get to choose - they enrol you.

There should be a zero star rating for websites like these. Bought an item as a gift at first and was charged more. Then after a week with no shipment updates I asked to cancel and refund which takes you to a completely different domain. Once I did that they magically put up some shipping updates. A few days after, they charged double of my previous charge with of course no new orders. Had to completely freeze my debit card because of it too. Whoever put this website together should go to prison. The ad for the item I wanted to buy was on Instagram and other legitimate websites actually sell it.

They delivered item to a wrong address and now item has been returned to them but they are not responding to email and are not willing to refund or send item again.
Worst exp. ever.
Warm suggestion is avoiding this site.

I bought the otter because it looked cute but I was warned afterward by a friend that this company is sketchy. I did notice fraudulent charges attempts on June 12th, but then I got more fraudulent charges from them YESTERDAY. Now I’ve had to close down my debit account and will have to get a new one tomorrow all because this website has tried to wipe us in to additional fees, subscriptions, frauds & scams every never asked any of us about. It’s actually crazy that this company dan still operate with so many bad reviews. DO NOT BUY.

Purchase a weighted breathing soft toy, firstly there were extra charge, next I read and the company claim to be a small business in us, but the item seems to be shipped from China, next there are extra charges and some VIP thing which I didnt sign for. I sought clarification with the company and not surprising they only reply after the item was shipped. And claim that there is some sale tax based on my country regulation. I have checked and there is only a sale tax for item more than 400. But my purchase does not even cross the 100 mark.

Never will I buy from such company. I have raised a charge back with my bank. Please purchase at your own risk and purchase with cards or with bank who can do chargeback

This store is a scam. They charge you for a subscription without you knowing, even when you cancel your order and their customer support responds (weeks later) they still believe they have authority to charge your card under a different business name ongoing. The subscription has no validity or no offering, you don't receive anything for it except ongoing charges.

Then when reaching out to the company making the subscription charges, it is impossible to reply to their emails because they don't allow incoming emails. It's all around a tactical and deceitful scam! Unbelievable.

The unexpected additional charge by trysoftr was for a 'subscription'.
Apparently when i purchased i also agreed to be signed up for the subscription.
Read their Billing Terms.
You have 10 days to contact trysoftr to cancel the subscription.
I was not aware of this.
And here is the kicker, trysoft then charge you EVERY 30 days for another subscription.
This is surely trysoftr's scam to make money.
The selling of a product is more about being signed up for a subscription and they make way more that from the purchase.
Personally, boycott trysoftr simply because they are 'expletives'.
And cancel any subscription before they withdraw all your funds.
The world does not need 'expletives' like these people are.

Not sure about the others, but I am about to receive the item after about 25 days.
No premium subscriptions.
Delivery did increase in price more after the transaction.
Will update this if unhappy about the item.

When I emailed they said that I had been added to their vip subscription in their terms and conditions. I did not authorised this

They charge you more for shipping then their terms add you to VIP. Then you get charged by "sister companies" even though no other websites are listed in their terms

Company is a total scam. Just wanted to order the breathing Stitch for my daughter. They offered an "additional toy for only $4.95". If it sounds too good to be true, it is. They charged me $24 for a second order (on top of the $21 for the first order) which I did not authorize AND signed me up for some VIP subscription I didn't want or choose. DO NOT BUY from this website. I will be disputing these charges and reviewing everywhere I can, including the BBB. I reached out before the second order shipped, but of course they shipped it before getting my e-mail.

As for the products they’re cheaply made and not worth the money paid. Mine came damaged with the stitching not finished.

I was scammed! I bought the stitch plush and they didn't shipped, and then my visa card was empty, someone buying stuff online that I saw in my bank account. Don't buy nothing there!!!!!

Scam website! Was wondering why I was charged again and looked up on Reddit that this website scams people for recurring charges. I reported them to the bank but the FTC needs to look into this

I’m still waiting for the product I ordered. I approved a credit card charge of $14 and then they pulled $24 from my account. No one responds to customer service emails, and for the past 4 days they’ve been trying to take $39.99 out of my account. I ended up having to cancel my bank card and get a new one

Saw ads all over Facebook, bought it to have in our foster children room. Never shipped, emailed them took forever to get a response. Asked for a refund they stated all sales are final. Complete fraud of a company.

This company doesn't send the item you order. They literally just charge you for an item, then send you to "their" tracking system, to watch your fake tracking number, run you around. The one that got me, two days flight across the U.S. Really?? Then when you complain, a fake email comes back to you telling you when they are open. It's an e-mail. Used a Virtual Card, so they could only get the original 24.95, but, the 39.99 charge got declined and flag by credit card company as FRAUD!.

It's a 0 star for me been a month and never got my stuff a $9.95 item cost me $30 they have auto robots to repeat thanks for contacting us then I just saw they took $30 from my bank account yesterday kinda messed up and they still ignore me and never got my stuff
