Never recieved the product
Never recieved the product, there was no tracking number and customer service said to keep waiting. After a month there was still no product. Received a refund and the next day was charged again. Customer service does not respond to emails anymore or phone calls.

They keep sending the product
They keep sending the product. I asked them to stop so they offered me 30% off on my second shipment. I never received it. Now they say I’m getting a 3rd batch. I said please don’t send. They say I’ll receive it anyway. Bad business. And it didn’t work!

I have had money taken from my bank account for item I did not order. I bought item in May and having tried it I would not order a second batch. My bank is disputing the charge. Not happy with Dermafix

You refused to cancel
I tried to cancel my purchase but not yet received any response back.
• Updated - I now got a response but after the order was already shipped. So now I have to return and pay for the shipment back to you. Funny coincidence that I didn’t receive the response until it was too late to cancel it. I was offered a 25% discount to not return the order but no chance I will do that. I asked several times why I wasn’t contacted before the order was shipped but you were just tiptoeing around the fact. My take is that you didn’t response on purpose and this way you’re trying make it hard for me to buy it. It’s just a joke of a company. Acting like this shouldn’t be allowed and I will never ever buy anything from you again and will take every chance to tell everyone how disappointed I am.

I saw no improvement in the condition…
I saw no improvement in the condition of my nails, despite using the product religiously as instructed for 2 months.
To add insult to injury, I apparently signed up for a subscription unbeknown to me. I was charged a further £47 and another four tubes turned up. I have sent numerous emails asking for this subscription to be terminated but have had no response back.
My advice is check what you are signing up for, if you decide you still want to try the product.
To Dermafix, please cancel my subscription immediately. I am happy to return the last delivery for a return of my cash.
