First time international traveler
I was a very nervous first time international traveler, I was a little concerned about the communication in the beginning but Christina spoke with me on the phone and I felt very confident after our conversation. The places they chose and experiences offered were more than I could have imagined, transportation and drivers were so kind and knowledgeable and the tour guides were AMAZING! Classical Greece - Marvelous!
My wife and I, along with our son, daughter-in-law and their two boys, just returned from a trip to Greece, planned and arranged for us by TrueTrips.
And it was marvelous!
Our trip focused on ancient Greece. Homer and Herodotus, Plato and Aristotle, and yes Percy Jackson, inspired our itinerary. In lieu of relaxing on the Greek islands, we chose to stay on the mainland, to tour Athens and choice historical and archaeological sites on the Peloponnese peninsula.
TrueTrips - with Christina our primary contact - helped us select exceptional sites to visit, arranged guides for private tours at most sites, recommended restaurants, and chose and reserved all accommodations. All were terrific, as was the trip as a whole.
Another choice we made and highly recommend was to hire a driver. The expected benefit was avoiding the stress of driving in a new country, and instead being able to relax while on the road. Two surprises were being accompanied by private guides much of the time while en route, and getting to know our driver - Dimitri. He became our best friend in Greece; his companionship was a highlight for all of us, including and especially our two grand children.
