I would give 0 if possible. Husband bought tickets from Tirana to Pristina for a bus that was supposed to leave at 05:45am. Got here 10 minutes early and there is no driver and neither Arbeni bus nor Traveling.com responded. There was no rep at the terminal. We waited for 45 minutes.
Bought a bus ticket from them online. Raced from the port by expensive taxi to catch it. Got there30 minutes before the time it was due to leave. The people at the bus station said it didn’t exist. Travelling.com would not tell me when I would receive a refund.

I have bought quite a few Balkan-region bus tickets on traveling.com and have not had significant problems so far. Also i requested a refund once because of confusing the departure day, and the support team approved my request.
Though it's important to keep in mind what this service is - it's not a transport company or something. This means that the quality of the transportation service provided by the partners may be questionable sometimes.

Traveling.com charged me for a bus ticket with false and incomplete operator and travel information so I missed the bus. The official Zagreb Bus Station confirmed that the route did not appear in their timetable and they had no information on the departure time and location. Traveling.com did not indicate on the ticket that this bus operator works under another parent company, so I was unable to obtain any information about the bus line even from that parent company. This is a deceptive and unacceptable business practice that puts travelers at financial risk.

Bought a ticket with wrong date (was set for tommorrow not the day i was traveling got answered, quick, professional and efficient. Got a voucher valid for 6 months for a new ticket.
Why dont all companies have soul like this? This should be the standard.
