Charged for Unfulfilled Order, No Customer Service Respone

Company charged for my subscription over two weeks ago and has yet to ship the product. Have reached out multiple times at the only means of contact, email, without a reply. Company has previously replied to customer service emails within a business day and I am now at a week with no replies to multiple messages. Have canceled subscription and initiated chargeback with my credit card company. Don’t waste your money.

Great customer support by Lin

Great customer support by Lin from Tropically. I was ready to resign to having to return my shower head, but together we figured out that a simple and cheap 3 inch extender on amazon would do the trick - for my specific low ceiling situation. It all works great now!
