I was charged 79 euro every 3 months for a period of 7 months for a service I never signed up for. No e-mails or confirmation. Total scam - so glad I noticed

Scammed 79 Euros.
I’ve purchased a single fast track ticket at 9 EUR for getting my liquids through at Turin’s airport in Italy.
I've started the purchase journey on the Turin airport website but the process ends having paid 9 EUR to travibly and forcibly creating an account to them.
The airport denies agreements with them whilst travibly says that the 3 days trial after which you get subscribed to 3 months of "benefits" at 79 euros is written in their T&C. I demonstrated then and still right now that by repeating the journey those T&C do not open.
I've tried to claim immediately back this money but they really wanted to keep it and made ridicolous alternative offers. I don't know any good business that doesn't reckon accidental purchases as such and the short 3 days trial is proof alone that they intend for these incidents to happen as I see others complaining in here.
They'll tell that it is all clear what you're buying. That totally untrue and I took all screenshot at the time for my bank and the airport to see. Even if it was... (which wasn't) a business in good faith doesn't try to hold the money to customers reaching out in good time for fixing things.
Absolutely 💯% to avoid.

SCAM!!!
Please be aware of this webpage when you are using to collect boarding pass for your flight. They charge you 0.79 euros for the service. And within 3 days they charge you 79 euros. When you write to them about this. They say that I agreed for the subscription(SCAM), which i haven’t done.
After back and forth emails, they gave me half of the money they STOLE (I have to use this word, because they literally did that) from my account.
It is totally a big scam. Please beware of this website!

I attempted to sign in three times online to complete an online check in. On each occasion I had to pay a fee and each time it transferred me to a page with a 404 error message.

I was charged 79 EUR for a subscription I did not knowingly authorize. I only intended to register for check-in. The terms were unclear and misleading. My refund request was refused. My personal data was deleted, but the charge remains unresolved. Be careful before entering payment details. Thank you for your response.I
appreciate it. I am currently waiting for the agreed refund to be processed and received.

Would give no stars--scam! U think ur paying €.79 for service but then they bill your credit card for € 93. Don't fall for it

So I sent a clarification message, asking for information about my subscription. They answered that there’s no active subscription and there are no actions needed from my end. A couple days later they charge me with 79,90€. Then act unaware of the situation. I still haven’t resolved the issue and I get only replies from bots. If I had the “0” star option I’d give it. No second thoughts. Needless to say that I’ve cancelled my subscription and it’s not yet cancelled for over 10 days.

This is scam organisation, I have been charged twice, claiming a subscription provide additional features such fast track, however the platform kept sending an error message, when I wrote to customer support, they confirmed that I should have 5 fast track every 3 months, but did not provide it
So what's the point to subscribe to a scam organisation when you can make your check-in on the company you purchased the flight ticket from
I sincerely do not recommend it to any person

I had a very disappointing experience a service called Travibly.
While trying to check in online on the Wizzair flight, I was redirected to Travibly and paid €0.79 for their service. However, the check-in didn’t even work, and I ended up completing it myself through the airline’s app anyway.
What’s worse is that without clearly realizing it, I was automatically subscribed to their service. I only discovered this later when I was charged €79 for a monthly subscription I never intentionally signed up for.
I contacted customer support to request a refund, but it was refused with a generic explanation about a “free trial period” that was never clearly communicated during the process.
Overall, this feels misleading and borderline deceptive. The service is unnecessary, the website is confusing, and the lack of transparency around subscription charges is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to avoid using this service and stick to checking in directly with the airline.

SCAM!! Charged me first €0.79 and 3 days later €79 without me knowing it. Looking at all the other reviews this is their business model. Won't give me my money back, only 20% of it. AVOID!!!!!! Terrible company, I feel sorry for the people working there

Scam. They trick you into subscribtion. They ask for small fee for check-in service with is accually possible to get for free from most airtravel providers. I went to Lufthansa check-in page and for some reason it routed me to that devil webpage. It asked me for 0.79 eur for check-in. I inserted my credit card info and few days later they charged me 79 euros for subscription service. There was no info that subscription service was started of anything like that. Luckily i had notification from bank that transaction was made. I shut off my credit card that moment and contacted my bank. They replied that i gave them my info willingly and they cant do anything. I was the stupid one and be more careful next time. This realy made me question the credit card system in general. Very easy to loose all your money and all you can do is file a complaint with the company who scammed you. I am lot more careful with card payment
You are quick to reply on trustpilot but i am still waiting for an answer for an email i sent asking my money back Megan. It is rich from you talking about transparency when my exact experience is first thing that pops up when i type into Google AI mode: " Travibly review". My only mistake was to give you my credit card info before i googled you. It is probably harder and harder to find sucker like myself to trick into paying you money. But i guess all your business model realy needs is one person keeping the web page up and collecting the dough. And i have a sneaky feeling that this might be the case even now. For all i know i am arguing with AI right now.
I have nothing else to add but " Pay me back my money Megan"

They scam. You wont notice but they make you purchase subscription wuthout you knowing and you wont grt any warnings before they take 79£ for 3 months subscription. And they offer first 20% and then 50% and steal remaining…Avoid them

Please read careffuly what are you accepting, the site is a scam.
They charge you first 0.79e and you think you accepted that price then after 3 days they will take another 79e, they clearly made this intentionaly and put another info that they will charge you in addition somwhere where is not that easy to see.
They took money from me even they did not provide their services to me, they do nothing for me and still charge. AVOID!

Hi, I’ve never used this service but apparently signed up online (not to my knowledge). I had an amount of £49 for a subscription come off my account and when contacting them said the subscription was active after a 3 day period. Let's be honest, 3 days isn't enough time to use their services so I'd say it's a scam. If it were 3 days after using their services it might be more fair. To be honest I'm annoyed.

This is the biggest scam ever,
I tried once to make faster check in with 1 euro charge. They hacked my credit card and they charged me 3 times 79,00 euros. I spoke with my bank and change my cards but they still charge me I don’t know how. This fake company MUST be locked.
