Just received my full refund from T1 as promised by Paul. The guy never lets you down. Great little company with that personal touch. Better value for money than some of the big boys in the singles holiday sector and very reliable. Thanks again Travelone and Paul.

I had booked a holiday with TravelOne for two weeks for the 1st June this year. Paul from TravelOne phoned to say the holiday was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A few weeks later received a full refund so well done TravelOne. Have had many great holidays with this company and will definitely book with them again

Had a number of Travelone holidays. I love meeting the rest of the group and have met some fantastic people. I’ve got lots of happy holiday memories and it never fails to amaze me how well people mix and get along.

If there are any issues a quick email to Paul, who is brilliant, and all is resolved.

I have had many holidays over the last 5 years with Travel One.Obviously as I am a repeat customer I am happy with them though sometimes the Resort Rep provided has not been particularly up to the mark.

Unfortunately my May holiday has had to be cancelled and today the final amount of my refund has turned up in my Bank. As others have said Paul has been brilliant in handling this. Hopefully when this is all over I will be able to travel with them once aain

Had a great holiday with Travelone last year & like other people my holiday for 2020 has had to be cancelled. Paul handled the whole process efficiently. Hope to travel with them again as soon as it is possible. Easy to book online with some great destinations & friendly customer service.

I’ve been on numerous holidays with Travelone; to - Dalyan (several times!), Tuscany, Goa, Ischia in Italy and a cruise to see the Northern Lights. Each and every time the care and customer service from all Travelone personnel has been excellent. In particular, Paul, in the booking office, is always available, friendly, helpful, efficient and puts the traveller first. He goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy.
The holidays are varied and extremely good value for money. Unfortunately, the holiday booked this year to Corfu could not go ahead because of the coronavirus pandemic. With his usual efficiency, Paul kept us informed and once the flight was cancelled arranged a full refund, including the flight. I know of so many people who are still waiting for a refund of their flight costs from the beginning of lockdown so this is a much appreciated achievement!
I look forward to many more holidays with Travelone and highly recommend them to anyone thinking about taking a solo holiday. You will have a fabulous time and it won’t cost a fortune!!

I am a repeat TravelOne client and was looking forward to joining one of their holidays next week. This was cancelled as expected, Paul kept me advised of the situation re. my booking and available options. The full refund was received within the expected timescale.

I have enjoyed 6 holidays at 4 different locations and have enjoyed them all. There have been occasional issues with resort local agents but because TravelOne is very hands on a quick email is all that is needed to resolve.

From the first time I tentatively booked a holiday with TravelOne, up to now 8 years later, I’ve always been a very contented, satisfied and happy traveller !
This year has really tested the Customer Service offered from many companies ( indeed I have a looming battle with Air France ) . However I wish to place on record my appreciation to Paul , The Booking Manager , for his tremendous support throughout this difficult period . Travel One is an excellent Company, very trustworthy and reliable. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul, Reservations Manager, who is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I first traveled with TO in 2010 and never had a problem with them or their holidays. I was so impressed with my holiday to Crete last year, that I booked again this year for May. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, but I was offered a no quibble refund from Paul, which I have already received. My next holiday will definitely be with Travel One

This is a lovely friendly company who take the trouble to get you the best hols ever. I have been to several of their destinations and always had a great time making lots of new friends too.
Thank you to Paul who always goes that extra mile for you even in these difficult times with CV19. My holiday sadly is cancelled this year but my full costs were refunded into my back account within two days. Now that is what I call service. Thank you Travel One, I will be booking again soon I hope.

I have had many wonderful holidays with Travel One and made some lovely friends. They are a first class company, Paul always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. A special word of thanks for the way they have dealt with the cancellation of my holiday due to the current crisis. Been kept up to date and refunded immediately. I'm totally impressed with the service I have received from Paul at Travel One. He has kept me informed every step of the way! My holiday has been cancelled due to current situation but will definitely book with Travel One again as soon as it is safe to travel.

I have had one holiday with Travelodge around 8 years ago and it was excellent. I booked again to go to Ischia in June 2020 but because of the Covid-19 problem this was cancelled. Travelone gave me plenty of notice of this and promptly refunded my deposit. I will definitely use Travelone again once we are able to travel again

Paul the travel manager was very helpful I amended my holiday dates without any fuss and without paying any admin fees. I would recommend travelone.

Paul, bookings manager, responded to my email very quickly and gave me all the information I needed about my holiday booking. As BA have cancelled my flights he processed my refund the same day.
Excellent service, as always from Paul
