Not reliable
I ordered a simple certified translation from Spanish to English, expecting a complete and professional service. Their website states they translate Catalan, and my document contained a few lines in Catalan. They reviewed the document before giving me a quote and deadline, so there was no excuse for misunderstandings.
Yet, they failed to deliver on time as promised. When I then received the translation, I discovered that parts of the document were left untranslated, with no prior warning.
When I raised the issue, they finally admitted their mistake and promised to complete the missing translation the next day. It was just a few lines, yet they missed that deadline too. They kept delaying the delivery with no clear communication, even after I said it is urgent.
To this day, I have still not received my complete translation.
🚨 Every single deadline was missed – this company is unreliable. This caused so much unnecessary stress over something that should have been a straightforward service. I felt that my experience as a customer wasn’t important to them at all.
If you need a translation that is delivered on time and handled professionally, stay away from this provider. Look elsewhere for a service that really is worth it.
