What made it great? Dylan was what made it great. He took the time to help me figure out exactly what I wanted and stepped me through the entire process. My backdrop came FAST and exactly what I wanted and needed!

This is the second time we've ordered a trade show backdrop from TradeShowBooth.com for the Sensors Converge show -- we're still using the first one, but this year we got a second to place alongside it since we have a larger booth! They do a great job and ship amazingly fast. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to save a small fortune in booth costs.

Everyone at Tradeshowbooth.com was incredibly helpful. They even caught an error in our designer's file, which would have resulted in the wrong color being printed. We are so grateful for that! Our booth looks great! It was turned around so quickly, and it was delivered on time. Fantastic!

Looks great, and my team member told me it took him less than 10 minutes to set up.

Clear and easy instructions for a first timer like ourselves to follow for set up and take down. Lots of people there to help with any questions was also great too. Venue was set up very nicely. We also appreciated the help with the golf carts getting people in because of the construction in the parking lot.
The reason I put 4 stars was because our booth space had one side that had an actual wall put up by the other vendor next to us that was 10ft high at least to their booth and so it was very hard for people to see us walking down the aisle until they were right in front of our booth. We felt like our location wasn't the best and that we were somewhat blocked from customers.
Overall great job putting on this event! We are excited to participate next year.

We ordered a booth for an event. The arrival window for the event was very narrow so we'd reached out proactively to ensure the in-hand date was feasible. We were happy to know we had some wiggle room and the booth was delivered on time. However, the wrong hardware was shipped and the team was ill-equipped to handle the issue. We spent hours going back and forth providing photos and videos. By the time there was confirmation the wrong hardware was shipped, they said they could no longer support us as it was off hours and they'd connect the next morning. Had the team listened to us in the first place, there would have been time to overnight the booth. So instead, we had to do an entire event with a booth that we literally had to duct tape together. They wound up shipping us the correct hardware, offering a 20% refund, and a discount for future purchases. Honestly a 20% discount didn't come close to making up for this error and a discount for future needs won't be happening.

The colors were off from the original file and this display was taller than the original. I specifically ordered this to match my other wall to put these side by side for our 20' booth setup

We needed a Pop up tradeshow booth that was mobile for some upcoming shows and TradeShow Booth i randomly found. We decided to take a chance on them after seeing some of the reviews. They sent us exactly what we wanted too. The quality was above par and when we found that one of the spines in shipping had snapped they emailed us immediately to remedy the situation. Thanks Guys! You are awesome!!!
