Bad Products, Worse Service
I bought a TrackiPET tracker in 2024. I tried it for a couple of weeks and found that the advertised battery life was exaggerated, so I returned the tracker and called to cancel the subscription. It took multiple phone calls over several weeks, and a dispute with my bank, before tracki eventually refunded. I noticed that they charged $79.95 for a subscription in 2026, and disputed with my bank - was told to contact Tracki. I then discovered that they charged the same, without authorization, in 2025. Upon calling, I was informed that they would attempt to refund this year to the now-cancelled card, and had no other options. When asked about last year's charge - I was told that it "is too difficult" to refund an old charge, so they would not be refunding me. When asked to speak with the supervisor that the rep kept putting me on hold for, I was sent to a call queue for several minutes, then voicemail. No callback has been received as of this writing.
