This is a scam web site

This is a scam web site. I placed an order for a couple of minor items on May 18th, and since then nothing has happened. Suspiciously the payment account is in Houston, Texas, which has hosted a lot of fraud schemes over the years, in particular some of the Nigerian classics.

total scam

i ordered a week ago and the shop app is still waiting on this company to provide information. i reported them in the shop app. i have sent them 2 emails with no responses. started an online chat where myra asked how she can help me and then no response when i asked about my order (probably a bot anyway). i called them today for it to ring a few times and then line go dead. this place is def. a scam. the real name of the company is Ami Ventures Inc. filing a complaint with the BBB

Placed an order and tried to cancel. They won’t return any messages. They order from Amazon and have it shipped to you. 10.00 cheaper on Amazon. Daughter already has this item so I no longer want it but they won’t get back to me. Definitely a scam website

Bad customer service but still received product

I bought a card game playmat and after paying did some research on the company and heard they were a scam so I requested a refund. I never had any response to my emails but I guess I'm lucky because the product was delivered to my door today and the delivery time wasn't super long. I wouldn't buy from them again but I'm glad I got what I paid for.

I believe my old post was deleted…

I believe my old post was deleted because I said the company was fake which seems like that's not true at this stage but I still haven't received my package. I've been told it's delivered. I was given an American tracking number and never a Australian tracking number and I still haven't got my package and it's really hard to get in contact with this company via email. Which makes the company look really bad. I don't think I will ever be going back to this site.

Seeing all the bad reviews made me nervous and this was after I had purchased 2 items from them but I checked on my order and it was cancelled probably the time I ordered it through an hour without any explanation??? I didn’t have any money taken out of my account yet and I hope I don’t see any being taken out especially after it said cancelled and refunded.

Shocking service - Order cancelled without explanation or apology after 9 days

Ordered an item for delivery overseas. Received order confirmation and confirmation it was ‘On its way’ at the same time. This should have been a red flag!
Received no further emails, except being bombarded with promotional emails and offers.
Called to chase order after eights days and no one picked up. Emailed straight after and received no reply. However, within 24 hours, received a notification of a refund. No explanation, no apology, just a refund notification telling me it may take up to 10 days to be reach my account.
Absolutely shocking service. Why take people’s money, hold it for over a week and simply refund with no explanation as to why or a simple apology.

I actually got what I ordered!

I actually got what I ordered in good time. I was really nervous from reading the reviews here. I guess I'm just lucky....

I will say that they don't respond to emails or to their live chat on the site so I thought I was screwed. Then randomly dragonfly delivered a package with the same tracking # despite no shipping updates.

Do not shop at the store they’re horrible😡

Guys do not shop at the store. They are horrible and they have pitiful customer service. I tried contacting them numerous times through my email for them to cancel my order and get a refund. They did not even respond to me through my. Email until. 3:11 Am like why should I take it that long for someone that works at customer service to respond to someone’s email like it shouldn’t take that long and I know we had to message a representative through their Facebook account just to tell them to cancel my order. Then they replied back saying my order was successfully canceled, which was ridiculous that I had to go all the way to Facebook to message them just to get my order canceled and then if you order something from there, it’ll just say waiting for details and they do not update any tracking information on their store on the Shop App which is horrible it don’t bother calling them because all you’re gonna do is you would just have to leave them a voicemail and wait for them to respond and I’ve left them a voicemail numerous times when I called them and they never called back, which was ridiculous now they did cancel my order successfully and and I am getting a refund, which is good if you want to think of it that way, but still the fact that it took me so long just to get someone to cancel my order and to give me a refund is ridiculous and do not shop on their store because their reviews look fake and. Ai generated and the reviews do not look legitimate and stuff on the store doesn’t look legitimate either so do not shop on the store none whatsoever and what I was trying to get was a. Jada Tony, the tiger collectible figure but then when I saw the pictures and when I saw that this item didn’t have any reviews, I knew that something was not right so do not shop at toytooth because all they would do is take your money from you as soon as you cancel your order, it boost the price on an item you just canceled so they can make more money off you so do not shop at the store they are horrible and they are just a scam and they like to scam people it’s best to get your stuff from AliExpress , Temu , Amazon or go in store physically to get what you want or what you need because this store is horrible and they have lousy customer service and all they do is scam people I wish the police would investigate them and have them shut down and have the people behind the scheme, & locked up in jail for scheme to defraud😡

AGAIN. I ordered a Christmas gift and it was delivered damaged. Toy tooth is refusing to give me a refund. They ordered the toy from Amazon and resold it. They are a dishonest company!
