Great service from Barry at this company. Supplied me with a caravan A-frame bike rack by Thule which unfortunately arrived in a damaged box with a vital part missing. Responded very quickly to my email request for support. TTC bent over backwards to locate a replacement for me and got it shipped directly to me in very timely fashion. Arranged to collect the first one for also. Have no hesitation in recommending them highly. First class service.

Great service. There was an issue with the towbar itself, but both TTC and Tow-Trust bent over backwards to sort the issue in a hurry. Really appreciated their efforts.

I had ordered and paid for the towbar
I had ordered and paid for the towbar, the website took payment and I was patiently waiting for delivery which I expected to be within a few days although I was busy at the time of ordering and never received confirmation, I contacted the company 3-4 days later because the order had not arrived, I have since been informed that my email address was incorrect on my order, not sure how that happened, but obviously they were unable to inform me the towbar was out of stock, perhaps the website should not have taken payment if the towbar was out of stock, I thought this is how stock control programs work? just a waste of time which could have been avoided, the only good thing, the company were very good in refunding my payment within a few hours after discussing the situation with them.

Please note order was placed just before 5pm past deadline for that day and a response was sent to the email address on the order the following day.
Having checked your order it appears you had provided an incorrect email address on your order, which is why you had not received the email from ourselves. Please note on all of our items it clearly states "Estimated Delivery: 3 - 5 working days (subject to stock availability)".
Unfortunately as the email address provided by yourself was incorrect and information on the order was not read by yourself and checked at the time of purchase, as soon as you did contact us we refunded the order immediately as requested. We are not sure how we could have done anymore under the circumstances.
