Which store?cause toptoys store is a scam that withdraws people's money without their knowledge 👎🏽

This is absolutely disgusting. Saw an advertisement of some products on Facebook and then I click on the shop now button and chose the ones that I liked. Then I was checking my bank account and saw that there were two transactions and money gone out to two different websites. I was able to get in touch with one of them and they didn't know anything about my order. I couldn't contact the other website and I believe that these are real scammers who are happy to be fed by stealing from people. This is absolutely unacceptable and very inhuman.

They helped me with a query about a payment and a possible refund.
After going back and forth with a customer service operator.
I was given a refund.
I am very satisfied and grateful for this outcome and will give them 10/10 customer service and customer satisfaction.

I have never delt with this company, yet they managed to try debit money from my account.

Some how they have found away to get my bank details. Be aware as they and other scammers try hack your accounts. Do not let criminals take what you have.

These people are scammers,
they use familiar advertising to redirect you to their links and start debiting money off you accounting with lots of emails saying you have purchased gift cards and joined their membership subscriptions, which all this is lies. When I asked them to cancel the membership, they said it’s will take 1 to 7 days ,they later sent another email that they will deduct automatically in three days time and redeem it to credit.
They save your details after entering them.
They are partnerships with extrapassion. club , frauding people .

My details had been fraudulently set up with TopsToys, with money going out of my bank account. I contacted their customer services department who dealt with my complaint efficiently

Big SCAM, they use familiar advertising to redirect you to their links and start debiting money off you accounting with lots of emails saying you have purchased gift cards and joined their membership subscriptions, which all this is lies. When I asked them to cancel the membership, they further sent more mail and tried to debit further funds until I called the bank to force stop my cards. THIS IS A BIG SCAMMING COMPANY

After submitting this review they further sent me an email saying they are willing to refund my money if I remove the review I posted. I was no longer interested in the refund. I just do not want others to fall victim of their scam. "To facilitate the refund process, we kindly request your cooperation in updating your current review on Trustpilot. We suggest you write that the problem is taken in charge and upgrade the number of stars (4-5 as a good rating)." this is a selection from their e-mail sent to me. They claim that this was a misunderstanding.

Have wrote new review as after speaking to top toys explained and sorted my complaint out which I'm grateful for, and helped me going Forward so updated to 5 stars,

Scammers ! Don't do any business!

I found out this company with an address in Cyprus had been billing me 44 Euros x 7 (312 Euros) on my Australian card (620 AUD) for three months without my knowledge.

Turns out they had somehow subscribed my wife (she knows nothing about this) linking my Australian account to what is a total scam, which works like this.

1. Once they have your money they give you credits to spend only at their online store.
2. These credits then expire quickly if you don't use them, meaning they just keep your money and delete the so called credits.
3. If you cancel via their website, you get the option to go down their 30 day route (meaning you pay again) or if you cancel immediately, they indicate further charges may apply.

So in summary and certainly in my case, they first steal 312 Euros, then when contacted tell my wife she only has 88 Euros in credit (meaning they have simply deleted and pocketed 224 Euros) and that no refund will be forthcoming.
