If I'm being honest
If I'm being honest, the website felt a little plain to me... Pretty standard, nothing super special about it. But I do like the brand itself. I've known about this brand for a few years now. Shipping does get delayed sometimes but I think that's more on the delivery service than the company. Overall though, everything's been good.

I ordered on their web page and got no emails about my order since. I tried to contact them the past two weeks, but none of the emails or phone numbers are real or working. I can not even get my money back!
Update: Managed to speak to a really kind lady on their behalf, Olivia, she helped me get my refund and it was processed just now, so i got my money back.

Very fast delivery
The website is very convenient. I ordered a serum here a week ago, and it has already arrived. The product was neatly packaged and undamaged. The serum itself has no chemical smell and is easy to apply to the eyelashes. I will keep using it.

I didn't receive the parcel
I ordered on February 7th and still haven't received the parcel. The tracking sites say it was delivered on the 8th, but there's no parcel. When I try to rate the delivery, they say I can't do it because the parcel hasn't been delivered yet. How do I understand this? Has it been delivered or not?

This product affected me badly, where I had to go to the Dr because my eyes turned extremely red after using this product.
By communicating back to customers when they have a problem. I’ve been trying to contact customer support for help and no one has reached back out to me and it’s been weeks now.

WOW...all this in the first two weeks!
I have to say I was skeptical but this stuff really works. I would say within 8 days I noticed longer, fuller lashes! Oh, wait a minute, I swear it was on my doorstep THE NEXT DAY!!
No need to double dip, the applicator is long n will contain plenty serum for both eyes and there is a lot in the bottle.
Lastly, I experienced ZERO EYE IRRITATION so far!!

I bought the serum used it for 3 days and my eyelashes started to fall out. I sent an email. Got a small vague response. But no definite answer. I will have to throw it in the garbage and buy anothe brand.
