Top Coat Painting has just finished an interior project for our strata building. It was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to the residents. The crew was thoughtful, professional and accommodating.

Top Coat Painting has been the strata's painter of choice for about 5 years. Previous projects include the exterior of the building and the ground floor patios. The full painting of the building exterior was a complex project involving access to all units. It was coordinated thoughtfully with great consideration for the residents, and the finished work was well done.

Paul’s crew was excellent from start to finish. The prep work prior to painting was very thorough. Cesar and Angelex were hard working, quiet, and courteous. At the end of the day they tidied up and all equipment was safely stored. I most certainly will use Top Coat Painting again and recommend them.

Paul and his crew at Top Coat Painting did a wonderful job painting our condo and left everything spic and span when they finished up. Their price was very reasonable and allowed for the use of top quality paint.

The painters that served our needs were a pleasure. Not only did Angelex and Cesar perform their painting to perfection, they made a point of being detailed while checking and rechecking surfaces to ensure quality production. The work was excellent at every stage, from the first visit, through planning and scheduling, and especially during the work itself. Communication along the way was prompt and helpful, and we discussed and resolved the few small issues that arose. The workers worked diligently and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up the site every day and left things neat and tidy. We are very happy with the final result. Highly recommended.

The painter arrived on schedule and immediately got to work. He worked hard until the work was complete, so he packed up and left.
I wish he had knocked on the door to let me know he was finished and leaving - I would have liked to thank him personally!
