I purchased a Bakflip Tonneau cover from TonneauCovered.com last week. When I opened the box that it was shipped in I found that the passenger side rail seal had been ripped and end cap had been crushed . When I called TonneauCovered.com to remedy the problem I was told that it was not there issue and to call the manufacturer. They do not stand by what they sell. I would avoid using there service at all cost.

Order my item 3 months ago supposedly was delivered a few days ago. It wasn’t delivered to my house because somebody was home all day. Emailed them. I will get back to you. I’ve heard nothing back is an expensive item so wherever they left it, no one sign for it poor customer service.

Was a little apprehensive because of the "call is for a price" way of doing business. But I texted them, they sent me a price for the tonneau cover I wanted and it was $300 cheaper than I had been quoted or found on other sites. It also had free shipping and no sales tax outside Arizona. So, long story short, I bought a Retrax bed cover from them. It arrived within a week bia FedEx and I installed it in about 35 minutes. Everything was great from the price, to the customer service, to the constant order updates and the cover arrived in perfect condition. Super happy.

I purchased Amp Research Extreme power steps and a Retrax Pro MX tonneau cover for my 2022 Chevy 2500 HD pickup from TonneauCovered.com. Except for the common inventory delay of a few weeks and a following shipping issue that was no fault of TonneauCovered, everything went smoothly. Shaun does a great job personally answering any questions and Katleen follows through keeping you abreast of any other concerns you may have. Good service is hard to find and they do a great job of it. In addition, I saved about $300 and the products are top notch. I am a very satisfied customer and would do business with them again.

The service and the price was excellent. I saved approximately $190. Delivery took a little longer due to supply chain issues. The right tonneau cover is an investment. The (3) week delay, I can live with that.

I have bought a cover and power sidesteps from them over the past year and the prices were the best I could find! I had a warranty claim on my steps after a year but could not find my receipt. I email customer service asking if they had a copy and within 10 minutes I had a copy! They are the best! I highly recommend and always check with them for the best prices on the internet!!

Ordered several of the Retrax covers for a fleet of trucks. The pricing is as good as I could find but the service has been excellent. The orders have been easy to place, have shipped quickly, and I was worried about the condition after shipping but all of them have been in excellent condition upon arrival. Will be ordering more in the future. Thanks for the great product and service!!!!!

I ordered a new cover from TonneauCovered.com back in February of 2022. I ordered it for a truck that was supposed to be delivered in the beginning of March. The cover arrived and I placed it in my garage in anticipation of my new truck being delivered. As luck would have it the truck delivery was delayed until the end of May 2022.
I proceeded to install the cover the very next day after I got my new truck. To my dismay, the cover had a defect that could not be repaired. Sadly, I repacked the cover. I hoped there wasnt going to be a problem because of having the cover for a couple of months before discovering the defect.
I contacted the AWESOME customer service at TonneauCovered.com by email. They immediately responded and put me at ease. They contacted the manufacturer (BAK Industries) for me and facilitated a replacement. I received my replacement free of charge. I didn't even have to pay for shipping. My new truck now has a sharp new cover. I would not hesitate to buy from TonneauCovered.com again. They have the best prices and they showed me the meaning of exceptional customer service. Excellent customer service, easily accessible and always responsive with great results. When we were ready to purchase a roll and lock for a Ford F150, we learned the price increased by $200 so when I got a quote from TonneauCovered.com without their professional address and phone number on the quote, I thought I was being scammed as the price was so competitive. Upon going through the BBB confirming their company, I placed an order and was pleasantly surprised to get the roll and lock in a few days. Unfortunately, it arrived beat up and bent, however, they remedied the damaged delivery quickly and worked with roll and lock to ship out another one where it arrived without damage. We are very happy with the price, the expedient delivery and remedy, customer service and the end product. We would highly recommend this company.

I was shopping for a RetraxPRO XR cover. I got excellent response and the lowest price (by hundreds) from TonneauCovered right off the bat. The delivery was quick, unfortunately one of the rails was damaged during shipment. I reported it on a Saturday and to my surprise received a response that same day. I needed a replacement rail quickly since I needed the tonneau installed for an upcoming trip. I received another complete set of rails and clamps within days. I installed the cover myself and am VERY happy with the product. TonneauCovered was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them for your truck accessory needs.

Ordered Tuesday, arrived Wednesday, installed Friday. Fairly east install, about 4 hours. They work perfect. I gained a full 5" more drop from my factory AT4 boards. Makes entering and exiting the vehicle like it ought to be. Easy process on ordering. Wished I did it 6 months ago. Thanks.

Very happy with my purchase of AMP Research XL power steps. They popped up when I searched on google so I went to the site and chatted with a gentleman who was very help. He gave me an unbeatable price but my big issue was getting it by the end of the week. Ordered it Tuesday and got it Friday at noon. He stood by his word and that means a lot now a days. I highly recommend I’m going too buy a tonneau cover next.

I have a friend who recommended a ReTrax cover for my F-150. He had his installed locally so I figured I would go the same route. In doing some research I came across TonneauCovered.com and gave them a call. They were polite and very knowledgeable and gave me great service. I ordered a ReTrax roll cover and saved hundreds as well and weeks of time. I am totally satisfied with this experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

I was researching tonneau covers and had pretty much resigned to purchase one on eBay or Amazon. I came across this company and decided I would call. It was a Saturday and I did not get an answer and I figured it was just another company that didn't work on Saturdays. I was getting ready to purchase on Amazon and I was surprised when someone from the company called me even though I didn't leave a message and asked me how they could help. They gave me way better pricing than Amazon and we're very polite and knowledgeable about my needs in a tonneau cover. So I purchased a tonneau cover from them. That was Saturday.
