ZERO STARS. BUYER BEWARE!!
I would give this experience a ZERO of I could. They alter the images you send and then do not want to fix their mistakes. I have been waiting 6 months for my remake of the items they messed up. During this time someone is communicating with me but they are lying and giving deadlines for me to have my items and the deadlines pass and nothing. If you want good customer service DO NOT GET YOUR LOVED ONE'S KEEPSAKE FROM THEM!! TRASH
