From the design process with Richard and April, to the pre-fit build with their partner builder Gordy and team, to the fitters Jason and Tony with Don’s management .. the whole experience was excellent, every care was taken to ensure we got a kitchen designed for us, and was installed with care and precision. The products are very high quality and have given us more storage in a stylish design suited to our needs. Would highly recommend. Communication throughout made a complex project seamless.. thank you so much, we are thrilled with the final result

The customer service/response time is excellent even years after my kitchen installation. After 9 years, I wanted to know what my options were for having a repaint done. Within a couple of days I was contacted by a painter who paint Tom Howley kitchens. Received paint samples for units within a couple of days and now all booked in. Absolutely 100% would recommend this company.

Throughout the design and fitting of my new kitchen I felt that Tom Howley was committed to providing a customer-centric experience. Their attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to quality was evident throughout the process, indeed on occasions minor blemishes that I had not spotted were brought to my attention before being corrected. The installation was managed start to finish for me and from my perspective was pain free. I definitely feel the commitment to quality personified by Installation manager Don, and kitchen fitter Ron, helped me achieve the very best result.

I rate this company as 5 stars , from initial visit to their showroom to the final paint. We started the process with Lucy in the Bristol office, at first we did not think we could afford one of TH's kitchens, but after discussing what we wanted Lucy said the best way to do it was for her to come and do a site visit at our home. She designed a great kitchen and took a lot of different things into account which we had not thought of. Once we had agreed the design and pushed the button we got handed over to Helen, she did the final measurements and really then took total control of our kitchen build. Helen kept us informed on any changes and even managed to bring the install date forward which worked great for us.
Chris and Tom did the fitting, very professional and did a fantastic job, this was followed by Joe who filled all holes and repainted the kitchen .
We have ended up with our dream kitchen and would recomend Tom Howley both for the product and the way they manage the process of order to installation

Firstly I should start that we are delighted with the Tom Howley "boot room". The quality is exceptional and everything has been fitted exactly as specified. However the fitting and finishing off of the furniture by the Tom Howley staff has been exceptional. We must mention Ron and Phil who did the fitting - proper craftsmen and such attention to detail. April who did such a thorough job of design from the Altricham shop. And Don. It is rare to find someone with such a "can-do" approach and the best customer service I think we have ever had. And while calling people back and pro-actively communicating doesnt sound a high hurdle - it really is for most businesses. However Don was exceptional. Thank-you. Harriet and Nick

Rosalind Lang at the Cheltenham Showroom was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. Functionality, budget and style was considered and discussed at all times to ensure clients needs and concerns were addressed.
Helen Thornell who managed the fitting was very helpful and efficient. The kitchen fitter was exceptional. Extremely professional and tidy with a focussed attention to detail.

We recently completed a kitchen project with Tom Howley and could not be happier with the end result. From the initial design stage right through to completion, the entire experience was exceptional.

The quality of the kitchen itself is outstanding — beautifully designed, incredibly well made, and finished to such a high standard. The attention to detail throughout the whole process really stood out and the final result has completely transformed the space.

A very special thank you must go to Don, our project manager, whose customer service was excellent from beginning to end. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, kept us updated throughout, and was always on hand to offer support and reassurance whenever needed. His professionalism and care genuinely made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

We would also like to thank the kitchen fitters and painters for their exceptional craftsmanship. Their work was meticulous and carried out with real pride and attention to detail. They were friendly, polite, helpful and respectful throughout, and it honestly felt like nothing was ever too much trouble.

The whole team went the extra mile and it really shows in the final result. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and would highly recommend Tom Howley to anyone looking for outstanding quality, design and service.

It was never a question that Tom Howley would be the best choice for our new kitchen and media unit. Their reputation proceeded them but nonetheless, we were blown away. From the start, in the Esher showroom, Chris H was an absolute gem and delight to work with. He was so patient throughout every single design detail, really listened to what we wanted (even helped show us what we didn’t know we wanted!) He really cares for the project as if it’s his own and it was such a relief to be able to trust him fully. He was always quick to respond to phone calls, text messages and emails.

We then had Paul managing the installation process and he was fantastic too. We wanted a few tweaks and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. The whole TH have been outstanding- the fitters and painter, very professional but super friendly and their craftsmanship blows you away. We are so happy we chose TH as unfortunately this level of service (no matter how much you pay) is never guaranteed but they have exceeded all our expectations. Would highly recommend them as we now have the most beautiful kitchen and media unit. Thank you to the entire team!

Hard work. Communication could b a lot better. Design was good, drawings were poor. Fitting good, missing and replacement items poor. All the representatives I met were fine. All conversations with head office were painful. The end result looks good but next time I would procure an alternative manufacturer.

Stacey Cobley came to our house, organised through Bristol branch, spending time listening to our ideas for our new kitchen. She was thoroughly professional, answering our questions fully and demonstrating real enthusiasm. Her level of knowledge and attention to detail were really high and, though we have chosen not to pursue the work, we can highly recommend both Stacey and Tom Howley Kitchens.

Going for a Tom Howley for our kitchen was the best decision we made for our home.

Sandra has been amazing from the very first day we went to the Wigmore street showroom, she took her time explaining the different products and guided us through everything.

The kitchen is now installed and adds great warmth and character to our home.

An excellent experience from start to finish . Ros expertly guided us through the design work and then handed us over to Martyn who was the installation manager . Nothing was too much trouble and Mike the fitter was a joy to have around . Any creases were ironed out . We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen . Thank you thank you .

Genuinely the best, least stressful part of our whole development.
From the design process with Roz in the Cheltenham office, through the very professional patient installation manager Helen Thornell to the impeccable workmanship of both the fitter Paul Christie and the painter Joe Thornell. I can only praise and thank everyone of you for bringing our stunning new kitchen to reality.

It was a big decision for us to invest in a bespoke kitchen, but we wanted something timeless and to last. The renders that were produced in the design process really got us excited and couldn't wait for the installation date.

the actual installation was the most problem free process I have ever had on a development. It was like Helen and Paul would not let us have any issues, they just made the vision come to life and ensured the finish was the best possible.

I would highly recommend Tom Howley to anyone, thankyou to you all.

Dealing with Tom Howley has been an amazing experience.
The kitchen is exactly what we wanted, the quality of the build and the attention to detail is incredible. Don has been great and has gone out of his way on so many occasions to help and get things sorted for us, far beyond what we would’ve expected.
Everyone, the install guys, the remedial guy Ron, as well as the painters, are all great at what they do and really good, respectful guys. Nothing is rushed, proper care is taken with everything and the finish is amazing.

We had a wonderful experience with Tom Howley namely Lakshmi who was extremely helpful methodical. Nothing was too much bother made several site visits and made the whole journey exciting and exactly to our taste would highly recommend Tom Howley and particularly Lakshmi as her attention to detail is exemplary.

The worst experience of my life. Utterly lacking in timeliness, communication or integrity. I paid for a kitchen scheduled for January delivery and it is now almost April. Multiple pieces of joinery were cut incorrectly and did not fit resulting in reinstallation and they then brought in more joinery incorrectly cut that now also must be replaced, the countertops were badly cut and had to be replaced, and the installation was sloppy, with the cawking messy and my walls left chipped and scuffed. Absolutely appalling lack of care and service. Repeatedly asked to be referred to senior management only to be rebuffed.

From conception to completion our project was managed beautifully by the team at the Tunbridge Wells branch. Everyone in the showroom is so friendly and helpful and we are thrilled with the design Cris came up with for our new kitchen, it such a beautiful space. Nothing was too much trouble for Cris or any of the team throughout right through to installation and beyond.

Brilliant service by Tom Howley Tunbridge wells. Highly recommend. My kitchen designer Tim Smith was extremely patient and happily actioned he numerous changes and amendments we requested over time. His design is great and incorporates all our requirements / wishes and more. Nothing was too much trouble.
Victoria n the office was also great to deal with. Knew or found the answers to all our questions. A pleasure to deal with.
The fitting and aftercare under the umbrella of Gary Cole has been really excellent. Fitters under Shahid were fast, tidy, hard working and did a fantastic job. Vince who did our paint touch up afterwards was also highly impressive. I got the impression nothing was too much trouble and they all really wanted us to be 100% happy with the end results. Which we are. Well done all.

Great experience from this company Matthew was really friendly, unbelievably helpful and knowledgable about their product. We are more than pleased with the service and the kitchen it’s great quality.
