My experience with my stylist

My experience with my stylist, Kiara, was wonderful. She was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and most helpful and insightful.

Signed up for free trial in December

Signed up for free trial in December, apparently with the app and giving credit card info. I did not use the service at all. Apparently my Credit Card company paid a couple of charges in January. When I attempted to cancel the 8 week program, my email was not recognized, so I deleted the app. This week, Credit card company denied 4 requests for payment. I was given the phone number for support, and after a few false starts at finding my account info, I had to send an email. My account is now closed, and support did help, but the mere appearance of fraud will keep me from signing on to a program of this type in the future. There are many negative comments online.

Title is a scam and you will lose money!

I was charged an extra charge for a service I never signed up for. I also realized the stylist working with me was going to be AI, not a human stylist. I asked for a refund and they said they didn’t refund for customer dissatisfaction. I asked why if dissatisfaction was from being mislead, and they said nothing. I went through PayPal and it was one of the first times PayPal didn’t side with me. It was clear that Title was deceptive. I have no idea how PayPal sided with them. Title is a total scam. Please stay away from them.

After writing this review I was contacted by the head of the customer success team - she apologised and has organised a full refund for me.

I signed up a week ago and even before I had my first session $NZD 34.00 was taken from my account followed by another payment of $NZD59.66 of which I was not advised of.
When I complained I received a reply from their so called customer service that there will be no refunds.
I didn't receive any of the promised services, do not sign up to this sham company!

100% scam

100% scam. Save your money and go directly to the sites that sell the clothing. The styling is so bad and the company has the worst Customer Service. The lines they have are Commense, Steve Madden, Tory Burch and the gap. The capsules are a complete waste because they wont have your size and the things you like are not available. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!

Do not sign up for this APP

I would give the Title APP no stars if it was possible. I signed up for the APP and when I was sent the outfits they had chosen for me they were completely off base. I wrote to explain I was disappointed and to ask for the account to be cancelled and refunded and it was cancelled but not before they charged me a second $47 in US funds. They did not give me a refund but credited my account for $94 US. This is not very helpful as I will never use this app again so basically I have spent $94 US and received absolutely nothing in return. I do not recommend this APP to anyone. It was a total rip off.

UPDATE: TITLES response was meaningless. The asked me to contact them and this is the response they gave:

"Hello Sara, thanks for your message!
I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had a negative impression of our service. I completely understand your frustration, and please know that we take all feedback seriously.
We will take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve our service and user experience.

Clearly, given other reviews, they have not improved their customer service and this is simply a general reply they send to everyone. Again, I repeat, keep your money in your pocket. This is a total rip off!
