Extremely poor customer service
We bought two vouchers for afternoon tea which we then could not use before they expired. After a lot of effort trying to get Living Social (as Thingstodo was called at the time) to either extend the vouchers or refund the cost we almost gave up and posted a poor review on Trustpilot. Almost immediately we got a reply from Living Social saying they had refunded the cost of the vouchers to our wallet. We have never seen any credit to our wallet. We have tried again to contact them but as you can never talk to a real person it is extremely difficult to get to a resolution of our problem
We tried again today but although our login details are recognized on Thingstodo they aren’t on Living Social, and the wallet is still showing zero value on Thingstodo
We are now likely to lose the £50+ that should have been in our wallet
We think this is extremely poor customer service

I’ve used it before and no hassle…
I’ve used it before and no hassle except this time. I need a voucher for the first flight simulation that I booked as when I sent it it failed so we don’t have the voucher number to use it I’ve since bought an other which I will need a voucher for. Please help me
