I ordered from the website months ago, I wasn’t given a tracking number and the responses were blunt and told me to wait. Months past and I didn’t get any more responses or the items I had ordered, I checked on some online review sites and seems a lot of people have had the same Experience. I wouldn’t throw your money away if I was you. It’s a scam!

This “company” is a scam. My son bought a hoodie in February that he never received and there is nothing we can do about it. That poor kid works so hard at his job to earn $ and was so excited only to be duped by this p o s “company.” Any positive review is fake

For sure the most comfortable hoodie I own by far. I’ve worn it so often I’m sure my family is getting tired of seeing it.

Yes it took a while to get to me, but I can also read— the listing says it may take up to 6 weeks to process with heavy order volume.

I ordered a hoodie and a pair of shorts and had no problems at all. They came in and they look great. Kind of crazy reading some of these reviews calling Urban a scam. Half of these people probably ended up receiving their products and never came back to update their reviews. It takes time it’s a small business.

I ordered my son a hoodie on November 22, 2024. Today is April 28, 2025 he has yet to receive his hoodie. I emailed the contact information and I continue to receive a dummy reply give it 30 days we are on a different style but it should not be long before we get to dragon ball z. I asked for a refund they don't do refunds. I'm working with my credit union to get my money back. I have filed with the bbb. I also took the email address and all the information I had to the police department. I hate when I work hard for my money and you have people sitting on their ass trying to take it.

The wait was kinda long however, the seller did reach back out to me when I inquired via IG about the delivery date and the batch my order would be in shipping wise and kept me updated until the order arrived and the Miles Morales hoodie did not disappoint in my honest option the stitching is dope and the fabric and material is very soft and comfortable along with the distressed black makes it easy and dope to pair with an outfit. Most definitely would order again!

This place probably is a scam but i think the guy is just extremely lazy i ordered a miles hoodie on december 10th and got them april 9th a whole 120 days bruh😭🙏 the stitching is so mediocre and the like fade is like someone washed them on super high heat and they are like distressed and gray but its whatever i dont really care cause it still looks like a vintage fade the quality isnt even that bad im gonna be honest its really soft and you can tell its nice but its also not even close to true to size its very big so whatever🤷‍♀️ the crop is nice tho. so over all pretty buns very very very mid. i talked to them blah blah will ship soon blah blah i did a charge back and got my money back. over all dont buy from these guys there quality is mid and they dont ship.

Package came in and was as advertised. Love the detail that was put into it and was well worth the wait

This is a scam. I ordered from them in January and 3 months later they are still “processing” my order of one hoodie. And now refuse to refund me as well.

I have Ordered off them twice before receiving the previous 2 pairs of shorts, with no issues.
On the 3rd purchase it states that my parcel has no tracking info.
I have an email chain with support asking them to help my issue by giving them evidence and asking where the parcel is and they have done nothing to help my issue.
I ordered these last September (2024) and were shipped November (2024) and still have one got a straight answer to where the shorts are.
The support "team", don't support you at all.

It's a shame cause there product is good but purchase at your own risk.
if you have an issue with your order don’t exact any help or reply from them unless you bombard them.

Scammer i ordered my son the venom hoodie and I never received it contacted the support email several times with no help and no results do not purchase from this guy .

Not a scam!! I got shorts and a hoodie! Hoodie came in a bit after the shorts but both are amazing! Ppl saying they a scam are crazy. Just give it time to arrive!

Urban Sports Culture is far from a scam!! Bought 3 hoodies and got all of them fairly quickly. I'm planning on getting more.

Ordered some hoodies and shorts and came in roughly 3-4 weeks. Takes time but its worth it. Very good quality!

Put an order in back in May if 2024, never received my package, they stopped responding to my emails and when I joined a discord to see what was happening I was removed when I had a complaint. This company is a scam, don’t order form here.

Absolutely loved my hoodies, I got the Superman, Venom, and the Spiderverse hoodies. They all have a very fire 🔥 washed design. It took some time to get to me but they were so worth the wait.

Scam company. I ordered a pair of shorts for a friends birthday back in November 2024. I contacted them as I didn’t recieve an email confirmation of my order and my order was taking ages to arrive. They did reply to my message and told me it takes 30 days at least for shipping. I have chased since then and they always say they will get it to me soon. It is now 5 months later and nothing. Robbed me of £45. Do not order from them.

Some of the most crisp & clean outfits I’ve ever received. So glad I shopped with them, I’ve gotten more than a dozen shorts & people I meet always ask where I got them from. Would recommend a million times!
