Professional, expert, high quality work, clean, nice and even going the extra mile to please client. Nothing to complain, 10/10.

We had 15+ windows and balcony doors replaced at our new property in Central London. We were looking for noise reduction as we live on a relatively noisy high street. We went for tilt and turn windows throughout, with various degree of noise cancellation from 43dB to 51dB for our bedrooms.

The team at the Soundproof Windows was amazing. From the initial quote with Sebastien who took a few hours to explain all our options. To Krystian who coordinated the installation over 3 weeks and the crew led by Thomas, everybody was very friendly, accommodating and limited the disturbance to our daily lives as the work was happening.

We cannot recommend them enough. The windows are amazing, very heavy and feel sturdy, whilst being easy to operate. The noise reduction is very noticeable and beyond our expectations. We will be changing a few more windows with this company in the new year after completing some other work at our house. 100% recommend them!

Windows themselves:
1) look amazing
2) mine were 51db ones and secondary windows. My house is on a road with a fair few cars that go by from 8 to 5pm. Nothing crazy but with these windows can't hear a thing unless it's a motorbike or police car speeding by.

There are a small business so are more expensive than other acoustic solutions. But they come to your house to figure out the best solutions and work out how well it'll reduce noise.
There's nothing that'll deal with ambulances and motorbikes but they do drastically reduce how loud they are.

High quality product which is expensive but cheaper than others at that highest quality level - no showrooms, so no associated costs to recoup from the customer. You get what you pay for. The results in terms of acoustics and warmth/fuel efficiency are superb. I can now hear a pin drop and occasionally the gentle murmur of the hot water pipes. Finally! No traffic noise! Peace and quiet reign in here. Thanks guys. Excellent job. Clean, tidy and pleasant workmen doing it. (Long 12 week lead time, but unavoidable for that level of bespoke timber product surely and worth the wait.) The finished look is quality. Would always use in the future if required. Recommended (if you can afford it) without any reservations. (Small issue with one handle in the bedroom. Their supplier was slow and a bit silly but Soundproof Windows put it right without argument or charge.)

We got new windows for the front of our Victorian terraced house, which is on a busy road, and also a new front door, all from Soundproof Windows. They have made an enormous difference to the level of road noise we can hear, and we feel much more relaxed in our home as a result.

The team were very helpful and supportive throughout the process and we were so impressed by their meticulous eye for detail and commitment to high quality craftsmanship. We would certainly recommend!

Fantastic windows, I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Sebastian came to have a look and discuss options in January, and his colleague Krystian came two weeks later to take measurements. 3.5 months later, everything was installed. The fitters were very tidy and meticulous, and all the rubbish was picked up the day after they finished.

The windows themselves are great. We sticked with the original sash design, and they do a fantastic job a cutting out the noise from the A road fifty meters away. They look great and run so smoothly too. I never had sash that did before, a finger is all you need.

They keep in close touch throughout the order and installation. The installers were very careful to keep mess and disturbance to a minimum. Soundproof were easy to contact and deal with ... a real pleasure in this day and age ! The windows are truly excellent for noise reduction and thermal insulation. We should have had these windows years ago.

Great from start to finish. Excellent telephone support giving guidance and easily understood explanations of what is a complex subject. No attempt to upsell where no additional advantage would have accrued to me, either. The fitters were tidy, quiet, efficient and OH MY GOD it’s so quiet now - in the room with the 51dB window we can hear neither planes directly overhead nor the children playing in the school playground behind!

We are absolutely delighted with our new soundproof windows manufactured, supplied and fitted by Sebastian and his team. They have transformed our house, which now definitely has a more calming atmosphere as well as being warm and draft free.

Our house is just over 100 years old, lies in a Conservation Area and is locally listed under an Article 4 planning direction. Sebastian helped us first secure planning consent (through an architect, Una Kaya, with whom he had worked before).

Our windows are traditional sash with georgian grid panes, and they had to be manufactured on a completely bespoke basis by SPW's factory. Each window is a little different so this really required attention to detail.

Once the orders were placed and the windows delivered the installation started under the supervision of Sebastian, with day to day project management by his excellent project manager, Krystian.

We remained in occupation through the works, which (due to the planning and manufacturing time) were undertaken in winter. A decant programme was agreed and the days were done a day at a time as we moved between rooms.

There were two SPW installation teams, Julius and Emille and David and Majiek, who worked very hard, efficiently and to programme throughout. These teams were friendly, knowledgeable and very considerate whilst working in an occupied home. Every day they were careful to clean up, before moving on to the next room the next day. Where matters needed to be discussed they were amicably agreed.

We appreciated greatly the spirit of cooperation, consideration, care and professionalism shown by all at SPW, including the office based team members (Alice and Dominik).

We would thoroughly recommend SPW to anyone contemplating the installation of soundproof new windows.

The whole process and service from initial survey to install has been exceptional and the final result is fantastic. The flat has been transformed from a place of noise, where earplugs often failed to stop the sound of traffic, sirens and party goers outside, to a serine space where the outside noise is hardly noticeable. I can’t recommend these guys enough, they really care about what they do, which is sadly a rare thing nowadays.

I am very happy about the entire process. The consultation was very complete and we ended up talking for almost two hours evaluating all the various options. When we agreed of the design I was given a very detailed breakdown of the timeline for the full installation. They installed right on time. The installation took four full days and went flawlessly. The installers were very professional and polite.

The performance of the windows I got is simply fantastic. The street noise, especially voices and high pitched noises is essentially fully blocked! Such a difference and I could not be any happier. Thanks again for the fantastic job.

Fantastic company to deal with and also offered excellent friendly advice around general sound proofing. Ordered a single external sound proofing fixed window for a garden room music studio new build project. The window was supplied in parts to be assembled on installation, beautifully manufactured and pre coated with an exterior finish colour of my choosing. In use the window has exceeded my expectations, achieving a high level of sound reduction, given, due to budget I had opted for the the single doubled gazed unit the result is excellent.
