Got 3 crackers 5 small slice of Cheddar and left with alot of sweet chilli jam

I placed an order with this company & have yet to receive confirmation of it being shipped. I have tried to get in touch with them via email & this is an address they sent me thesnackattack.freshdesk....it does not work. They seem to have many problems e.g. with PayPal, with purolator, with their email. I would not recommend dealing with them.

Cancelled my order with no explanation…
Cancelled my order with no explanation but only refunded the products I ordered. They didn't refund my shipping charge of $10.25 + tax or the automatic gratuity they charge on orders. Not sure why they kept my shipping fee when they didn't ship anything and I received no response from their customer service department (if there is one) or the company. Total scam and I would avoid ordering from this company if you can.
