Bought one of the Thermix plinth heaters last year which was fitted in Dec24. Have had an issue with the Wi-Fi connection to the unit. Trying to get some advice but to no avail. Phone isn’t answered or calls returned and neither are emails to their sales or technical departments. Have they gone into receivership?
This review is for the excellent service we received when enquiring about the most suitable KPH for our kitchen. Jake could not have been more helpful, replying promptly to all emails and contacting us by phone. We ordered a heater and it was delivered first thing the following day!! This has not yet been fitted or tested but we are confident that should there be a problem, this will be taken seriously and sorted out.
