We understood there is not secret class or amount of money we can pay to just hand us a business. It took a couple years before it was completely full and actually making the money we were looking for. I joined TPA with the intention to build a private practice and a desire to move into a group practice model over the next preceding years. Not only did TPA support me in creating a website, they also taught me the process of maintaining it over the long haul. I was operating with a full caseload within 6 months and at my 7th month mark hired my first clinician. Since then I have hired on 5 additional clinicians/staff and firmly hold that this would not have been possible with the guidance and coaching within TPA. 100% worth it.

It calls for deep introspection, self-awareness and challenges you to think beyond your comfortability. I have grown both personally and professionally as a result of TPA. I I wanted help building my private practice and started looking at different programs online. After talking to several companies, Therapy Practice Accelerator resonated the most with what I sought. I started with 8 clients and am at the end of my year with over 25 scheduled sessions for this week. As a therapist in practice for over 20 years, I was really good at helping people, but not so great at the business side of things. I have enjoyed my time working with TPA and especially the support I have received and keep receiving from Madonna and the team. I believe that my website would have never been as professional and fun as it is today, had it not been for their help along the way. I have finished paying for their service and will be with them for another 5 months, and it is my hope that during that time with Google Ads and my amazing website that I will bring in more clients than I currently have. When I joined TPA, I had only 8 private pay clients and was financially strapped, unable to pay all my bills. Six months later, I now have 33 clients and a waitlist, with 3-4 new inquiries for treatment per day. Therapy Practice Accelerators is everything they claim. They offered me equal to a Master's degree level class in Marketing, giving me tools I will use the rest of my career to keep my business thriving. After $1,200 and 12 months, I didn't get one private pay patient. I extended by paying another $1,000 for 3 months and it was still the same. I'm not alone. I saw many posts in their private FB page and many discussions during their live calls where others were timing out and hadn't gotten any clients or had just had their first. I had high hopes, but it wasn't worth the time and energy I put into it and it certainly wasn't worth the money. I would have been much better off hiring someone to build me a website and monetize it.

My private practice was up and running already, so I specifically asked if they could help me convert my existing clients to self-pay. The sales team said YES. (Lie #1). There isn't actually a 'training module' for use wit existing clients. I also specifically asked if the cost to get started ($8900) was the only cost, and again the sales team said YES. (Lie #2) You have to pay for head shots, a domain name, web hosting, and google advertising. None of that is included - BEWARE!!!

Amazing team of people. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and integrity throughout our work together. They helped me launch my practice from nothing.
