I just finished my latest laser hair removal session and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so clean, relaxing, and professional.
My technician Danielle was amazing ( Romford Branch) kept me comfortable, explained every step, and made sure the settings were perfect for me. The treatment itself was fast, efficient, and so much more comfortable than I expected. I’m already seeing fantastic results and actually look forward to my appointments. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier service!

I recently visited the Thérapie Clinic at Ealing Broadway for the first treatment in my new course.

When I arrived, one of the receptionists asked me to wait until the therapist was available. However, the therapist did not arrive on time, so the receptionist applied the numbing cream and asked me to continue waiting in the waiting area.

After approximately 40 minutes, a therapist came into the waiting room, introduced herself as Veronica, and said she would be performing my procedure. After I had been wearing the numbing cream for over an hour, another staff member introduced herself as Veronica as well, although the name badge was spelled “Weronica,” and she proceeded with my Potenza treatment.

The procedure was extremely painful. I had to clench my teeth throughout the treatment just to tolerate the pain. Shortly afterwards, I developed a high fever lasted four days ,which I now believe was caused by the intensity of the pain.

I recently had my second Potenza treatment at the Kingston clinic with the therapist I usually see. She explained that numbing cream begins to wear off after about one hour. During my second treatment, the procedure started within the appropriate timeframe, and I barely felt any pain at all. This made me realise that something had likely gone wrong during my first treatment at the Ealing Broadway clinic, as the numbing cream had been left on for too long before the procedure began.

I have previously completed three sessions of standard microneedling without any issues. At the time of my first Potenza treatment, I was unfamiliar with how the procedure should feel. However, after experiencing my second treatment, I now believe that the excessive delay before my first procedure significantly reduced the effectiveness of the numbing cream, resulting in unnecessary pain and distress.

Walking in a bit unsure was I making the right decision but meeting the girls from reception to my Dr that carried out my treatment was exceptionally and there one on one mad me feel - it was my time for me. Time will Tell but I'm sure with the guidence from Therapie I'm in good hands 🙌

My wife and I had a very disappointing experience at Therapie Clinic Newbridge.

We always book and attend our appointments together as a couple. On the day, my appointment was at 3:25 pm and my wife's was at 4:10 pm. My wife received a phone call from the clinic asking if we were still coming, but I never received a call. Since we always attend together, I assumed calling one of us was enough.

My wife went into the clinic first and explained that we both had appointments but were running slightly behind because we have children. She was told that the therapist was on a break and that our appointment would be moved to 3:55 pm. Then, at 3:40 pm, the clinic called again to say we could come in.

When we arrived, my wife was seen, but I wasn't. I asked why, and the receptionist asked what time my appointment was. I explained that we had come together and always attend appointments together. She then said that I "didn't show up." I asked why I hadn't received a phone call when my wife had. They couldn't give me an answer and simply said, "We don't call."

I was then told that if I waited, they would fit me in. My question is: why should I have to wait when I had a booked appointment? The whole situation could have been avoided with proper communication.

What disappointed me the most was the receptionist's rude attitude and complete lack of concern for customer service. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, I felt dismissed and blamed for something that wasn't my fault.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Therapie Clinic Newbridge. Better communication and respect for customers are needed.

Despite emailing me to ask if I wanted to renew my botox subscription and needed to do so within 7 days - which I did, they have to apparently ask you again and again - the first request is not enough which is obviously a scam - they try to call you but it never connects then they immediately send an email saying we tried to call you today to talk about your cancellation - it’s a totally scam to keep you on for another year! I am fighting my case but they still insist that I owe them more monthly payments / I will go to court to fight this as I am well within my consumer rights to cancel the first time / shame on you and your customer service Anne is the person in customer service department that refusing my cancellation - she will reply to this review saying all kinds of lies of course - see you in court

I’m extremely disappointed with Thérapie Clinic’s repeated appointment cancellations. After an initial appointment was cancelled, I rebooked at the Canary Wharf branch, only to be called and told the doctor covering that slot was leaving. I then rebooked again through the app for a branch closer to home, only to get a phone call just a few hours later cancelling that one too.

This isn’t a one off scheduling hiccup, it’s a consistent failure to manage appointments properly. Each time I rearrange my day around a confirmed booking, only to have it pulled from under me at short notice. It’s not just inconvenient, it shows a real lack of respect for patients’ time.

If Thérapie Clinic can’t keep appointments on the app up to date, or don’t have enough doctors to cover the slots they’re offering, they shouldn’t be booking them in the first place. Keep your app appointments up to date, or hire more doctors!

Unfortunately, I feel that you are not listening to your customer or addressing any of the concerns I have repeatedly raised.

I specifically asked you to provide a direct link to your official website showing where the Full Body Laser Add-On package and all of its exclusions were clearly explained before I made my purchase. Instead, I received what appears to be a screenshot with an unknown web address at the bottom. This is not the evidence I requested and does not prove that this information was available to customers before payment.

You have also failed to offer any genuine resolution. Your only proposal was that I purchase another package, which is not a solution at all. I

I have been going to Thérapie Clinic for over a year now. I saw visible results by the third session. I am able to book with the same individual each time so they are aware of my course and goals. Amelia has been professional from the start and has always made me feel completely comfortable. I’d highly recommend.

Lovely bright and clean clinic & very friendly staff. Very happy with the results of my skin treatment. I will be back 😊

Just had my 4th appointment at Therapie Glasgow and I am as always completely satisfied. Dr.Giovanni performed my treatments and he's fantastic highly professional, attentive and excellent at what he does. The results are perfect. If you're looking for a reliable clinic with amazing staff this is the place to go!

I have been a loyal customer of Thérapie Clinic for a long time and attend the clinic at least once a month, spending a significant amount of money with the business. Because of that, I expected a little understanding when I found myself in exceptional circumstances.

My facial appointment cost £200 and was due at 4:00 pm. At around 1:00 pm, I called the clinic as soon as I became aware that severe travel disruption meant I could not reasonably get there. This was completely outside of my control. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I simply asked to move my appointment to another date.

Despite explaining the situation and my loyalty as a regular customer, I was told that because of the 48-hour policy, there would be no flexibility and I would lose the full £200.

I understand businesses need cancellation policies, but I believe good customer service also involves using discretion in genuinely exceptional circumstances. I gave as much notice as I could, intended to keep my treatment, and only wanted to reschedule.

As a long-standing customer, I feel extremely let down by the lack of compassion and flexibility. I hope Thérapie Clinic reviews how it applies its cancellation policy, particularly where circumstances are entirely beyond a customer’s control.

I love this place … I always feel at ease when am getting my treatment done .. all the staff I have dealt with are extremely friendly and do there job with great enthusiasm .. would highly recommend

I have never had a negative experience with treatments at Thérapie. They employ experienced professionals who know their craft well. I generally have Botox but have had fillers and HarmonyCa. I will always choose them for my aesthetics journey.

This review refers to my appointment in Liverpool Street branch. The young lady who did my Lazer was extremely rude. It begun with a very unfriendly greeting, further, when I asked questions about my treatment (first one) she was very dismissive and short. It also seemed that the more effort I made to be kind, the more unkind she became (repeated eye rolls). I did not catch her name (she neither introduced herself nor looked at me) - perhaps my ethnicity offended her? Not sure, but she will not be doing any further lazer appointments for me.
This company is focussed on bombarding you with marketing but basic human decency is missing.
