The delivery was fine but the co.e too…

The delivery was fine but the co.e too soon. I get the new one and just a little over half of the existing one I used.

No more yeast!

No longer does he profusely lick his paws, barely any eye boogers, has more energy, and he doesn't smell like a corn chip! my monthly subscription arrives on perfect timing for him to continue his medicine treats!

Delivered in a Timely manner. Where package was placed needs to be improved

The product was delivered in a timely manner. However, It was placed inside the courtyard on plain sight, in the middle of the pathway. It would have been better if it was placed behind a wall or right at the front door.

Product didn’t work for my cocker spaniel.

Subscribed to receive this product for over 3 months. I gave this probiotic to my cocker spaniel daily hoping it would cut down on the itching and feet licking. It showed no change. Canceled my subscription and looking to try something else.

I've been trying to cancel my…

I've been trying to cancel my subscription with you guys for months I can't get into the website it won't let me verify my account you don't have a 1-800 number you don't have an open chat line You've made it very difficult to stop a subscription.
Update: pet lab Co has reached out to me and they did cancel my subscription and even though I hadn't requested such they refunded the last charge that they had put on there. So thank you to them. They still need to revamp their website and make it easier to activate your account and easier to contact customer service if you can't. However, I am satisfied in the outcome that they have gotten back to me.
