Always great and quick communication

Very professional, friendly and made good contact all through the ordering process. It came very well package on delivery . The product is extremely good quality and I’m very pleased with it!

The ordering process was through a European country which was why I went with them but the product was manufactured and shipped from China. The process was streamlined, produced and shipped within the timeframe presented during the quoting process, however, I wouldn't say that the final product exactly matched the preview. Some letters are misaligned and crooked.
UPDATE: Since my original review, customer service reached out to me and asked for a picture of my delivered product and within 24 hours offered a very reasonable resolution to ensure my satisfaction. I haven't witnessed unsolicited customer service like this before and it was greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

A most pleasant surprise. Extremely well made, sturdy and with the specs I asked for. Works like a charm with plenty of versatility and power. Can be seen from a distance and gets lots of attention.

I honestly can’t complain at all. From the mockups, to the customization, to the customer service, my entire process was easy and enjoyable. The quality of the light is fantastic and the setup was as simple as can be. If I ever need another custom sign, I WILL be coming back!

From ordering to receiving my product, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. They provided proofs and a quote the very next day. After I finalized my order a few days later, they began production within 48 hours and had everything shipped within five days.

Very smooth process - Great!

This is extremely cheap and flimsy looking. I feel deceived by your advertisement of your product. Had I known it was this bad and poorly put together I never would’ve wasted my money on your product. It also arrived damaged and I asked for my money back and they refused to do that so now I’m stuck with an expensive cheap ass sign that I definitely will not use in my business.

Was really happy with the product though I was expecting the item to be much bigger as I was under the impression it was 2 metres wide with the option it gave me,other than the it’s a fantastic product

We ordered a custom LED neon sign for Roset Trafikkskule in Norway, and the finished sign looks fantastic.

There were a couple of issues along the way. Some ceiling mounting parts were missing from the original delivery, and later the sign suddenly became extremely dim. However, The Neon Company handled both situations very professionally.

They responded quickly, guided me through the troubleshooting process and sent a new power supply, dimmer and remote control. After installing the replacement parts, the sign is working perfectly again.

Excellent product, friendly communication and very good after-sales service. Highly recommended!

Excellent company and outstanding customer service.
There was a misunderstanding regarding my order, as the confirmation made it appear that the sign could switch between white and red. After contacting them, they reviewed the situation, acknowledged the misunderstanding, and remade the sign completely at their own expense.
The product itself is exceptional. The build quality is outstanding, and the final result not only met but exceeded my expectations.
Mistakes can happen, but taking responsibility and putting the customer first is what makes a company truly exceptional. The owner was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
I highly recommend The Neon Company, not only for the quality of their products but also for their integrity and customer care.
