Product met expectations.

Shipping did not. I don't understand why consumers have to be understanding of delayed timelines. If your company cannot meet orders as per the estimated timelines, it is on the company for failing to deliver the product. In such an instance, the company should be the one taking the initivative to reach out and not the other way round.
