I had an issue with my old address pre-filling and saving on my order, and had to contact customer service to try to change that to my current addy. It was so easy! Lauryn quickly updated my order and I received it shortly after. Much easier than I’ve had with other companies!

I accidentally put my old address for shipping and noticed it after receiving the confirmation. I of course panicked thinking it's too late. I contacted the Glow Fairy team and they immediately changed the address to the correct one! Thank you so much!! :)

I had an allergic reaction to the product. After I reached Customer Service they were very responsive to the issue.

Somehow my order populated an address 3hours away from me. I emailed customer service about the issue and they fixed it and responded the same day.

I ordered the microneedle an received a totally different product. A way cheaper product. I e-mailed with customer support and the only reaction I got was that this was their new model. But they are still selling the one I ordered.
No reaction at all about them sending a wrong inferior product of a refund. The one I received you could have bought at a dollarstore.
Really cheap!
So dissapointed! So be careful ladies with ordering from this company. I don’t think I will see my money back!

Customer service was excellent! I made an error on my order and they were so nice about it and helped me fix it immediately. Usually reaching out to a company when you make the mistake is a bit stressful and it was so easy with Glowfairy. I will absolutely buy from them again.

I purchased this product and unfortunately it has been a waste of my money. There was absolutely no instant results as promised and I have seen no results from using daily. I tried to reach the company for a refund but they aren’t responding to my emails.

When I got my package I immediately tried out the Instant Eye Repair Serum and it is awesome! It feels great and doe snot have a strong fragrance at all. I plan to share with all my friends!

The customer service for this company is fantastic. I never received my original order because it was delivered to the wrong address. However, I immediately reached out and Lauryn from customer service helped me out. The response time to my email was less than 24 hours and we continued communication over a few weeks until it was resolved. I received my product today and I can’t wait to start using it!

This is a very good product and the service is excellent because they keep in touch about your products. Their customers service is excellent this is a 100% worth it item.

Great customer support from Samatha who reshipped my order for me after DHL lost my package. Back and forth with emails everything got resolved. Now waiting for my order. Fingers crossed it will not get lost in transit.
